{JAMMERS! -Evil (Moria specifically)- ONLY!} OK, my current plan is to conquer the 4 ways to cross the Misty Mountains. I'll use the small force in the Misty Mountains. Shamrock, Admiral, which of you would prefer to deploy near The Gap of Rohan. Whoever's left will take care of defending the homeland, most ferioucesly The Dimrill and Hollin, as they control acsess to the HQ, and to the Redhorn Pass. I'll bring 1K up their so their is my 10K and 1K defenders.
As for Unit numbers, I'll probabably have starting numbers be like this:
{JAMMERS! -Evil (Mainly Moria)- ONLY!} I'll take the defense of Moria. I'll probably leave the 2k defensive troops in the HQ, and split my own troops between Eregion and the Dimrill Dale. I imagine I'll put a slightly larger force in the Dimrill Dale, because it's right next to Lorien.
If the main plan for Evil goes as planned, Bree will be struggling, so Hollin/Eregion shouldn't be under much pressure.

{JAMMERS! -Evil (Mainly Moria) - ONLY!} Oh yes, I forgot about the Redhorn. I'll probably send 1k there, so combined with the generated troops that'll leave 2k to guard it. Because the four regions are so close and connected, I can move troops about as needed. So my plan so far is:

{JAMMERS! -Evil (Mainly Moria)- ONLY!} I'm thinking that I'll have some solid infantry, with plenty of armour to withstand elven arrows, and plenty of archers. I may have some trolls within the HQ.
My plan is to set of a fortress in the Dimrill Dale, right outside the gate. From there, I'll try to set up stakes, trenches, etc. and possibly forts further out. In open battle, I don't trust myself to match Lorien and Mirkwood, but if I can face them from a fortress, it should be okay. I'll likely do something similar in Hollin.

{JAMMERS! -Evil (Mainly Moria)- ONLY!} Just a suggestion for inside the HQ: put a Wall blocking the First Hall off from the rest, and then put stuff on top. Then you put a couple troops on the wall to keep people from getting past it. Then just pick them off from the top of the stuff. Otherwise, I think that is a VERY smart idea.

{JAMMERS! -Evil!- ONLY!} After looking at the map again, I've noticed two things: First off, Isengard should be able to keep the High Pass fairly easily. Second, I'm more outnumbered than I thought in the North. Because of this, here's what I want to happen: Shamrock, keep with the idea we had before. 1K in here, 1K in the High Pass, and then large reservoirs of troops in the Dimrill and in Hollin. Make sure Rivendell doesn't try to make a stronghold up in the Redhorn, they easily could. However, Thrawn, I want you to do this. Take 5K up to Either the High Pass, or to Forodwaith. Either way, you'll help those places in the North conquer those troops. I've got 9K units from Gundabad that will be fighting a war in the north, and I do expect to have a war to fight. So either send 5K to the High Pass, which will be outnumbered, or send them to Forodwaith so I can send troops down to help their. I would suggest taking them to the High Pass, as the tanks, trolls and many other Morian units will be better in the High Pass, where their is less room to manuever.

{JAMMERS! -Moria- ONLY!} OK, just to review. First off, I accidentally said High Pass rather than Gap of Rohan in the last one, sorry about that. Here are the troops postions:
1K Moria HQ. (Shamrock or Myself)
1K Redhorn Pass (Shamrock)
1K Moving to High Pass (Myself)
4K Hollin (Shamrock)
5K Dimrill Dale (Shamrock) 5K Reinforcments for Hollin/Dimrill (Thrawn) 5K to the High Pass (Thrawn)
9K in the High Pass (Myself)
I may decide to send 4-5K away from the High Pass to help Gundabad. OH, Siege Worth! Well, we get 1,000. . . We'll each get 300 for whatever army we think needs it, and then we'll have 100 here. Unless we get 1500 because of the Sub-HQ

{JAMMERS! -Evil- ONLY!} It will take a while to get to Forodwaith, and I'll have to get past Rivendell to do so. It would be safer to take the High Pass.

{JAMMERS! -Moria- ONLY!} Ok, we're each getting 500 SWE, and then the NWE is going to stay where it is. Shamrock, you take the NWE in Moria and build it into the lake outside Hollin, which is still a part of the Region. Then you can destroy them before they are within range of the door, and their will be little to no need of anything inside. I'd suggest Siege ships as they wont need much speed, and it will be extremely difficult to board or ram them. I'll do something similar with the Goblin Town worth.

{JAMMERS! -Moria- ONLY!} OK. I might build a couple of Destroyers in case Good do anything, but I'll have mostly siege ships. If I can just keep pounding the shore, they won't be able to even consider building ships there. I'll probably invest my SWE between the Dimrill and the Redhorn Gate.
{JAMMERS! -Moria- ONLY!} OK, here's the deployment:
Thrawn, you take 5K from Goblin Town and send them into the High Pass. If anyone tries to enter Goblin Town, null them, the entrances are well-hidden. I want their too be DARVS and DASTS, with the crews being Pike Crew, Siege Crew (3) and then Flight of the Uruks, keeping it all fairly even.
The other 5,000 Should go towards Gundabad, With DASTS, and Cavalry. 3K DASTS (full crews of Pike Crew) and then 1K of each type of Skirmisher.
Shamrock, I want you to use Dunland and keep the Gap of Rohan, otherwise you don't have any new responsibilities. I'll trust you to create a good army of Dunlanders.
Also, Thrawn, Remember that you're bring 5K to the High Pass of your own, and keeping 4K in reserve at Moria.
