*takes sword in hand and twirls and swishes it before tapping it on your shoulders* Unholy wrath as it be undeserved so nae, mercy shall reign. Landon shook his head trying to clear his head. Random lights were flashing in his vision, he scooted to where he could see the others then went over to where Laila was. He pushed her hair out of her eyes. His heart fought against his mind. His medical mind knew that she was done for, but he couldn’t believe it. Her face was peaceful gazing up at him, “You made my life awesome.” He frowned, “Don’t say that! You have a great life stay in it!” She shook her head, “Nah, it sucked. But you were awesome and I got adventure. I’m happy.” He hugged her harder as if to force her to stay, “I’m not! Please don’t.” She smiled distantly. He felt himself break into tiny pieces as she whispered in his ear before relaxing in his grip. She was gone, he was left with a shell. He didn’t even feel Elliea and Katie forcing him away. He couldn’t think anymore. There was nothing. *snip*
It's been about two years. A lot's happened since this post.
And it's become one of my favorites on this entire site.
