How long has this been a thingIs that an actual official album? A Disney Hamilton album, possibly voiced by Disney characters or something? That would be pretty awesome.

I don't know if it's an actual album, although that would definitely be awesome. What happened was, my mom was looking at some Disney stuff online and showed me a sweatshirt that had this logo on the back. I don't think she recognized it at first, but I was like "whyyy is it Mickey Hamilton?" Õ.Õ XD I looked it up, and turns out this logo has shown up in other places as well...I still don't know the whole story behind it.
But now I really really want to make a cast of Hamilton made of only Disney characters. It would definitely be really cool if it was real. Ah, I see. I guess it may have been someone's fan art or something that was so cool it got shared around the internet so much and it ended up being on a sweatshirt. That would be so funny and so awesome. I just suddenly imagined Goofy singing the phrase, "the room where it happens" and it sounded like it could actually work.

AHAHA, I can hear it now!! XD
So in the time since I first made this post, I showed this picture to my Disney-and-Hamilton-obsessed friend, and we actually dreamcasted the majority of the show with Disney characters. I cast Donald as Lafayette almost purely because I want to hear him rap Guns and Ships.

That'll be the biggest crossover ever. *Goes to listen to Guns and Ships and imagines Donald rapping, ends up laughing uncontrollably* That'll sound so brilliant and so funny. Donald and his duck accent trying to rap would sound so hilarious. I wonder if you can even make out what he's trying to say.

I'll have to look into that.
Yup! I can post the cast list if you'd like to see it. YES!!! XD I can just hear it now. You definitely wouldn't be able to understand it, at all, considering the rap is already difficult to keep up with and Donald's voice is so hard to understand. That would be good. Oh, I just saw from my social media feed, apparently Hamilton will be coming to Disney+, but it's more like it's filmed on the stage kind of like that Phantom of the Opera one when it was playing. Sure! Maybe next time I listen to the Hamilton soundtrack I can think about the associated Disney character as well. Pretty much. It's hard to imagine a fast-talking Donald trying to rap something and being understandable. Someone needs to try that one day.

I was really excited to hear about that, although I thought it was going to be an actual movie instead of the stage version. So that's a little disappointing, but the show will still be great to see for people like me who've never seen it live. Oh and speaking of Phantom, the next show they're streaming this weekend is going to be Cats, if you still wanted to see it!
Okey! I'll post it down below. Heheh, I also plan on making some fanart of the characters in their costumes. Definitely. I know one Disney impressionist who does a perfect Donald voice -- I wonder if he could pull it off.
HAMILTON: A MICKEY MUSICAL ~ ALEXANDER: Mickey BURR: Pete LAFAYETTE: Donald LAURENS: Goofy ANGELICA: Daisy ELIZA: Minnie PEGGY: Clarabelle KING GEORGE III: Scrooge McDuck WASHINGTON: Yen Sid PHILIP: Pluto JEFFERSON: Mortimer Mouse

I still need to get Disney+ though. Yep, it's good that it's at least available somewhere instead of having to travel all the way to a big city to watch it live. I guess the stage version will have to do, and sometimes the stage version is better than the movie version. Wow! That's great! I'll try to remember to watch Cats when they stream it. It may be my only chance. That's a great cast selection. I can already imagine some of those voices. It's pretty funny to how, for example, Alexander/Mickey will sound so cute and so serious at the same time. It'll definitely be the most memorable and most hilarious interpretation of Hamilton ever assembled. That'll look so cute, Alexander/Mickey and Eliza/Minnie will look so adorable as Hamilton characters. Ooh, very cool. I've seen a good Donald impressionist as well, so they probably can.

Do you think you'll get it for a short while to watch all the things you want? Right, from what I've heard, the stage shows are usually better than the movies. So it's not all bad. Yep! I was excited when I heard they were doing that one.
I know, Mickey would sound so adorable! xD I personally really like Pluto as Philip, since Pluto can't speak and he's also...Mickey's dog. We almost cast one of the mouse kids that we talked about with Mickey's Christmas Carol, but we both liked the idea of Pluto better. Those are the two I really want to draw. They'll make an adorable couple, and I can just picture them in their costumes. :3

I have no idea when I'll get it, but maybe when my family agrees on it since I'm sure they'll want to find something to watch as well. Yep, pretty much. It's also pretty cool how they get all of those different camera angles for the stage version to make into a film. That's great. It'll definitely be worth watching. Yeah! Hehe, that would be really clever and really cool. Oh yeah, those mouse kids would be nice, but Pluto is definitely a classic one to use. Same with me, although I'm not too sure how I would draw them. I'm sure you have a better idea of what they would really look like.

There's probably something that everyone in your family could find to watch. Indeed, and how well the set changes to look like many different locations on the same stage.
Admittedly I don't think I've ever really drawn Mickey or Minnie, or a lot of other Disney characters. So it'll be a nice way to practice, I guess.

Yep, especially with everything included like Disney, Marvel, and Star Wars. Ah yes, so true. A few stage props changing on stage and it's a completely different place. It's quite magical. That's a good opportunity. I've only drawn Mickey and Minnie once which was that Chinese New Year one I did.
