I like to think that only the Megaweapon was destroyed, and the 4 golden weapons from the past weren't, automatically fixing the timeline and making all events happen exactly the same.

Then how would all of the golden weapons and the Megaweapon exist of the meteor? Also, why would Lloyd not know of any Megaweapons existence?
