so um... are you gonna ignore this character bio for the flygon tribe?  

Name: Flygarra Draconia AKA "Desert Storm Lord Fly Sha'ran"

Gender: Male

Age: 47 (PKMN. Lv. is the same as age.)

Race: Flygon Evolution Line, Final Evolution.

Rank: 1IC (Desert Storm Lord)

Weapon of choice: His Royal staff named the "Terrain Decimator". Said weapon uses mostly Ground-Type Moves... but has the ability to use Dragon-Type Moves if Flygarra wishes to do so. The weapon's most powerful move is Fissure. but the moves it wields really doesn't replace his natural moveset.


Natural Moveset: Fly, Earthquake, Sand Attack, and Dragon Tail.

Vehicle of Choice: His Royal Fighter named the RSE-G3 "SandShreiker" which is part Flygon Gundam, part Aircraft.


Personality and Story: Flygarra doesn't like Outsiders that aren't desert-dwelling like him. He absolutely hates it when other animals whom don't hail from the hot and sandy regions like him, and outright rejects them as being "Real" animals. Being able to go for MONTHS without water, he is a skilled survivalist and his tribe knows it pretty well how to survive in even the most Death-Valley-Like conditions there ever has been in their desert. since the final evolutions get the highest of positions during a previous king's rule, he decided to overthrow said king when he was a weak old man, letting the previous evolutions get higher positions in power, but he managed to follow in said overthrown king's foot-steps and decided to be rid of those lesser evolutions in his tribe back to their regular slavery or citizen positions.

Flygarra can be hard to negotiate with due to his hot-headed personality and egotism towards desert animals, thinking they are more superior than other people from different biomes. He hates it when lower subjects and other tribes challenge him and mock him, to which they think their tribes leaders are better than him. He ignores these claims and usually sends out a horrendous sandstorm to blow them out of his Sandstone castle, and sometimes calls down sandstorms on their tribe locales to hurt crops. He'll especially hate a Eeveelution Tribe, due to how diverse their attack and defense force is, ranging from the 9 types they have, he snarls at such "Bad tribal typing tastes" and resents their leader due to him being a lower evolution, whom is obviously a smart and snarky Eevee.
He usually isn't that kind and nice when you first meet him, but if you can somehow convince the king your from desert origin or are a fellow dragon-type, then he sees you as a "Friend" as long as you keep reminding him of that since he tends to have short-term memory loss on some occasions and tends to starve himself when he's focusing on things that antagonize him.

He once had a trainer whom he loved and cared for... and he protected him fiercely with his other team members when Chi evolved many pokemon in his home-region of Hoenn and started uprising against the human populace. Some still say that he keeps his masters fully-intact body in his throne-room in a secret room behind his throne... only to reminisce of the days of flying through the air without a care in the Hoenn Region before Chi evolved him to be more human-like...
His appearance is that of any regular old flygon, except, since he's special, he's actually shiny but not in the color scheme you'd think. His colors of his wings and tail wings are a light periwinkle on the outline of the wings and a royal lavender on the insides of it. His antennae are colored in a beautiful gold, which somehow reflects light. the rest of his body is the same color as a normal un-shiny flygon. His eye-coverings are a white color, and his eyes behind said coverings are a purple color as his iris color, having reptilian like pupils. Said eye coverings can be removed at will to "Strengthen a Point" of his when he intimidates other people.

He is currently single and has no heirs.
