There, in the shadowy recesses of the mind stands the dark tower in which I was schooled.
We could be poets.
Be well known before we know it's All just a dream... Well, you know... Dreams written down and backed by action Are called plans; we'd gain some traction Step by step in bite-sized fractions Make po-ems one of our passions
If we don't give up, and don't give in We won't throw in the towel when All hope seems super far away Our souls through poems we'd convey
We'd live on for eternity In hearts throughout posterity Mold-ing by way of poetry The kind of poets we would be
If we could see this whole thing through; Bein' poets was for me or you Who knows what changes would commence? Or if we'd even make a difference
The only way to find out is to try. Now that I'm finished with this poem, it's time to cry

I like Math, now that I switched curriculum and I don't end each lesson in tears. XP And I like history! How about you?

*Composes self* I used to like math until it reared its ugly face in science. Probably around the crusades, or the american revolution, or the british empire, or the roman empire, or feudal japan, or WWI... It's exactly what it sounds like. The acedemic pursuit of knowledge of the Holy Scriptures.
