Oops, it just means every two of mine fire at one of yours, so only 3 of yours are engaged
*On the contrary, they ram the back of your frigates, disabling many. They use oars to pull back out and speed away behind, firing their ballistae in the hole with flaming bolts* *Having put several of your battleships on fire, mine switch targets and fire on different battleships in the same pattern. The side that you passed take a curving path to loop behind your battleships. The other side uses oars to turn almost on the spot and also come around to be behind your battleships* *The Siege ships switch targets after destroying two battleship's mast to target two more*
I forgot about my archers *The archers on the battleships use flaming arrows to fire barrages at your battleships as they pass*
Many archers are smashed as my battleships continue to fire at yours, and flames are running rampant across many decks.
The sailors begin drawing water and extinguishing fires on the Frigates, and the Ballistae fire grappling lines at the Destroyers. Once the grappling lines hit, the Destroyers are pulled in and boarded.
The Destroyers in the bay burst out at full speed and ram the Siege Ships.

OOC: Um, there won't be flames unless you fired flaming arrows at them. Also, the fires on your frigates are inside the ships or around the breach, therefore it will be extremely hard to put them out. Also, if they're putting out fires they can't be firing many ballistae at the same time, but sure And the Coastal Marines will be pretty terrible at shooting ballistae at moving targets But that's kind of irrelevant
IC: *A few archers are smashed, but many evade the bolts or hide behind cover while preparing another arrow. Any flames are quickly extinguished.*
*Anybody who attempts to pull in a grapple finds themselves under heavy fire from the weapons onboard the destroyers, until the ropes are cut. If any are pulled in successfully the crews light many fires beneath the deck and abandon ship. This results in some frigates being burnt.*
*The Siege ships can see them coming a long way off and hammer them with rocks and bolts. The incredible velocity of the rocks flying directly at the destroyer and the destroyers going directly towards the Siege ships cause them to be destroyed easily and effectively.*

OOC: Whatever.
The burning frigates are rowed towards Tolfalas where the crew and soldiers quickly get off the ships.
Your battleships begin to sink due to the many holes in the hull.
On the contrary, the Destroyers are very difficult to target due to their speed. They close in and ram the Siege Ships below their line of fire.

OOC:
*The rest of the destroyers come around and sail towards the remaining frigates. They use flaming bolts to set fire to them and use smaller high-powered ballistae to smash holes in the hulls once they get closer*
*The ones that are starting to sink sail full speed at your undamaged battleships and light themselves on fire. Your battleships are unable to evade due to the unexpected nature of this assault. The rest change targets from the ones on fire and begin to set others on fire, this time one of them per one of your ships*
Ah, but full speed would imply travelling in a straight line, and that would be extremely easy to predict and fire at. The amount of weapons on the siege ships would easily destroy the five destroyers you sent at me before getting hit by them as they have quite a bit of 'ground' to cover before they reached me. A good hit from one of the weapons on my siege ships would probably significantly damage one of your destroyers, and the stone throwers/catapaults have quite a low line of fire. I'm going to ask KitKat now so this doesn't turn into a massive argument

In fact, null those moves until we sort out the argument

Okay, so if I'm not mistaken here, there are some destroyers attempting to ram some siege ships, right? As much as I hate to say it, yes, the destroyers would be quite exposed. Not necessarily because they're traveling in a straight line though, but rather because they're heading towards the siege ships. If a ship is traveling in a straight line perpendicular to the enemy (especially when at a reasonable distance), then it would be relatively hard to his, as the enemy has to aim ahead of the actual ship (this depends on the size of the ship, but you should get the idea) based upon the speed of said ship and the time it takes for the projectile to hit. However, when the ship is traveling directly towards (or even at an angle, with the effect being based upon the angle) the enemy, one no longer has to account for the ship's speed. Since the ship is traveling directly towards the enemy, low-trajectory weapons simply aim where they want to hit, and the speed of the ship adds to the power of the projectile (this doesn't quite apply for high-trajectory weapons, as the projectile is going to be coming down from above, not from in front). Does that solve the problem?

Great for me, but it's not so great for LB

All surviving Dol Amroth ships flee after picking up the troops on the island.

Fine, you leave me no choice
*All surviving ships leave for where ever yours went (Obviously not the ones that just arrived ) *
We should calculate losses before continuing. I estimate that I lost 3 battleships and 5-6 Destroyers. I just realised I never engaged you with my frigates. They just went out of range and were forgotten about

I lost all my destroyers, several frigates, and a few battleships. Any opinion on numbers?

Mmmmmm, time to be biased I would guess maybe 3-4 battleships destroyed by mine, and 2 more disabled by the siege ships. I think the frigates are all quite damaged, with quite a few burnt and sunk. Maybe 5 destroyed? Plus all your destroyers? Sound good?
