The Morgul Cavalry charge the undefended dwarven siege engines from behind, smashing operators and slashing ropes. They charge in a curve, rather than head on, so that they are gone before any significant number of soldiers are aware of them.
The Siege Operators have prepared for this. Acting quickly, they grab bolts meant for the Siege Ballistae and plant them in the ground as stakes to deter the riders. There are only two rows, but it's more than enough to impale a horse moving at a gallop.
When the cavalry arrives at the Siege Operators their horses suddenly rear up and scream. Many of the riders are unseated because of this. The rear rank of Heavy Crossbowmen turns quickly and fires point blank at the horse's flanks. The Walking Artillery fires at the riders themselves. These small ballistae are devastating at close range, and this is shown as their bolts punch through shields and armor to spear many of the Morgul cavalry.

*My mounted archers go with them and fire volleys of arrows into the H. Crossbowmen* *The coastal raiders ride with the Morgul Cavalry and do the same, except instead of riding away they smash into the H. Crossbowmen and attempt to smash as many as possible. If they get past those they attempt to smash other troops. The mounted archers stop firing when the Coastal Raiders engage the H. Crossbowmen* *The siege weapons fire incendiary projectiles into the siege weapons that are not destroyed after the cavalry are past them, destroying them*
OOC: The Siege weapons are 12 Trebuchets and 2 Mangonels
The Heavy Crossbowmen take losses from the arrows but return fire, aiming at the horses.
The Coastal Raiders are devastated by the makeshift stakes implanted in the fertile soil of Lebennin behind the siege engines. Any that make it through are shot by the crossbowmen and the ballistae. (Walking Artillery)
The Mangonels are quickly turned as the Trebuchets reload. They fire their spiked projectiles at the crew of the trebuchets and take them out quickly. Any surviving siege ballistae continue to fire at the Mumakil.
*The half-trolls move off the walls and the Linesmashers destroy the ways onto them, all while under the cover of the Red Shields to pevent them being smashed by the Longbows. They then move to the opposite side of the castle to these troops in testudos and form up in the gap in the wall in a larger Testudo. Your Longbows can't hit them now because the keep is in the way* *The trebuchets fire spiky chain shot (Multiple spiked balls about 6 inches in diameter) over the Keep and into your Longbows with the help of spotters. 2 of them fire several ceramic balls full of oil with a burning rag of a similar size at your Longbows, setting those beautiful fur coats on fire *
As soon as the projectiles are seen in the air, the Dalian forces separate into two halves. The chain shots and the oil projectiles impact the ground between them. Any spotter foolish enough to show his head is shot immediately.
The Earls pull off from the main group and ride towards the dwarves, and the infantry follows behind. They are in a loose formation to avoid the trebuchet shots.
OOC: How many trolls would have been shot in the back? Most of them were busy smashing the rest of the Gondorian archers, so they wouldn't have been paying much attention to anything else.
OOC: They can't see them until they are almost on top of them because of the Keep, so I doubt they had time to split. Also, I meant grape shot, I just got my words mucked up The projectiles cover a wide area, probably not enough for them to split that far. Most troops don't know to split formation Also, spotters are not in range of the longbows, they are far to the side of the siege weapons
Are the archers included in the infantry?
*Trebuchets fire massive amounts of spiked grapeshot at your retreating infantry, or your Longbows if they are remaining*
OOC: I had them go in testudos before I saw these troops, so they conveniantly avoided most of the first couple volleys. They took some losses while destroying the ways up to the walls because the formation wasn't a tight and after that they were pretty safe. So, maybe 25 Linesmashers lost and 10 Red Shields?

Alright, here's the map I came up with for a map. It doesn't take into account the most recent set of moves.
I also don't think I'll be able to reply to all the moves here, so I'd appreciate if everyone held off making another set of moves. You wouldn't believe how long it takes to reply to 5-6 battles in the same region simultaneously

1,000 MWE of siege engines arrive from Minas Tirith. I'll decide their unitry later. (Is that a word? )
Unfortuately you already assigned those to trebs at Minas Tirith unless I am mistaken
JK, I don't really care, unless they are all scorpions
Nope, I didn't. This MWE was used for the archers that your half-trolls massacred. It was regenerated, and now I am using it for siege weapons/infantry.
The Guards form up in a tight shield wall in front of the trebuchets.
The trebuchets begin firing massive boulders at the Haradrim and the Corsairs. Their crews have trained for years to prepare for this moment when they would be called into battle. The ten men assigned to each weapon flawlessly load, wind, and fire the trebuchets in less than a minute. The first row fires, then the next row, then the next. By the time that the back row has finished firing, the front row is again launching its deadly missiles.
OOC: These catapults are perhaps the only thing that can match a dwarven siege engine. They have better range (+1 weapon worth), power (+1 weapon worth), and reload speed. (+3 crew) Your trebuchets don't have the range needed to hit these units.
Also, they've come in behind the Rohirrim, out of your trebuchets' range.

It's slightly inaccurate. This map shows the actual positions of my troops.
Also, if you're having trouble fighting this many enemies, maybe you should surrender. It would make things easier for both of us.

OOC: I'm afraid I've got some problems, at least with what I understand. 1st off, Are you saying that, in a battle, you lost 1,000 MWE of archers, and regenerated them as these troops? If so, what battle has been won/lost insofar in the RP? At the very least, on this front? Over in the Western Front (Moria, Isengard and Bree) their has been one or two retreats (Namely the one the Elves took from Hollin) but as far as I know, no army has been disengaged on this front. secondly, While I believe you can get this Trebuchet approved, you do still need to get it approved in the A&U before use.
Tul Generas of the Orcs, Darthraxx of the dragon Knights. I RP, and have lots of fun.

Before the larger battle here started, I had 2,000 MWE defending this region. The Pikemen pulled back to Minas Tirith after the Men of Dale arrived, and the archers were massacred by the half-trolls in the castle. You can read the posts in that battle if you so wish.
It was approved when I posted my Gondorian units. Look in the A&U topic at the bottom of my unit list.

OOC: I'm not sure what's happening here either, but as to the Trebuchets, you can make a larger version than a regular trebuchet without changing the design; you just have to pay the SMWE for it.

Actually, that's not quite the case. While you can just upscale things to some degree, any major change in size requires at least a partially new design. Changes in load and stress isn't exactly linear with increases in size, and simply changing the dimensions of a structure will also change the stress points, which means that you'll have structural issues where you didn't have them before.
