400 Morgul Riders and 200 Captains of the Morgul Host enter from the north, and make for the battle.
OOC: Would anyone be so kind as to give me a basic description of what is going on, who is here, and where everyone is?
*667 Horse Archers (I don't remember the name of them ) come with them. They all stay out of sight of the enemy (Including Sham's troops) There are also all my siege weapons from Osgiliath there (I forgot to say they left with Sham's troops)* *770 Coastal Raiders land in the North of the region and ride to join these troops out of sight*
OOC: Total MWE should be 2000 and 200 TWE

That is, until we capture Umbar and destroy Harad.
He'll be sent to Khand, then Rhun, then Mordor, and all the way back to Harad in a loop because you can't occupy an HQ for that long Or he'll be hidden in a dungeon 60 feet under the sea
A blockade will stop that. You think you can hide a tunnel from a Dwarf?
The Morgul Cavalry charge the undefended dwarven siege engines from behind, smashing operators and slashing ropes. They charge in a curve, rather than head on, so that they are gone before any significant number of soldiers are aware of them.

*My mounted archers go with them and fire volleys of arrows into the H. Crossbowmen* *The coastal raiders ride with the Morgul Cavalry and do the same, except instead of riding away they smash into the H. Crossbowmen and attempt to smash as many as possible. If they get past those they attempt to smash other troops. The mounted archers stop firing when the Coastal Raiders engage the H. Crossbowmen* *The siege weapons fire incendiary projectiles into the siege weapons that are not destroyed after the cavalry are past them, destroying them*
OOC: The Siege weapons are 12 Trebuchets and 2 Mangonels

That'll have to be one big blockade
If the first 40 feet have been collapsed, yes

OOC: Where are these from? I didn't see you make a post at Minas Tirith, and you have to pass that if you arrived from the Pelennor Fields. Look at the RP map to see what I'm talking about.
As for positions... I honestly am confused about that myself. masterlegobuilders, you have special mod privileges, mind making a map for us showing everyone's positions?
masterlegobuilders , what troops and artillery are facing me currently, and what are their positions? I realize you've moved your troops around and I'm not sure what I'm still up against.
That should be all. In addition: *1000 Haradrim Archers cross the river and join this force* *667 Horse Archers (I don't remember the name of them ) cross the river and ride unnoticed to Pelennor Fields in the far North of the region*
Okay. I thought you only had 10 Mumakil though... I saw that you said 10 Mumakil were facing EE as well?
Also, I don't think over 600 horsemen would go unnoticed, and seeing as I'm at a parallel position to your northern forces, I'd have a chance to stop them. Also, you have to go by Minas Tirith before you can ever get to the Pelennor Fields.

OOC: Why would I go through the city when I could just go over the fields that surround it? I am afraid I cannot see anything to prove your point on the RP map (though it's so small I can see very few details anyway, which is why I almost always use a different map myself).

OOC: Not through, near. If you look at the enlarged portion of the RP map that shows the Minas Tirith/Osgiliath area, it clearly shows that the southern part of the Pelennor Fields borders Minas Tirith, and you have to pass by Minas Tirith in order to get to Lebennin.

OOC: All I can see is a mass of blobs. I'm going to call canon here: The Ramams Echor do not extend right to the banks of the Anduin, making it perfectly possible to get from Osgiliath to here over the fields by riding between the Anduin and the Rammas Echor. Mins Tirith is at the south-west corner; the rest of the southern end of the Pelennor Fields is not covered by the city.
These forces move towards the Gondorian castle from behind. The Longbows rain their armor-piercing missiles down on the half-trolls.
The formation looks like this. (I've used the first letter of each unit to represent them. Lake-town Guardians are represented by LT.) The front line is facing the castle.

*The half-trolls move off the walls and the Linesmashers destroy the ways onto them, all while under the cover of the Red Shields to pevent them being smashed by the Longbows. They then move to the opposite side of the castle to these troops in testudos and form up in the gap in the wall in a larger Testudo. Your Longbows can't hit them now because the keep is in the way* *The trebuchets fire spiky chain shot (Multiple spiked balls about 6 inches in diameter) over the Keep and into your Longbows with the help of spotters. 2 of them fire several ceramic balls full of oil with a burning rag of a similar size at your Longbows, setting those beautiful fur coats on fire *
As soon as the projectiles are seen in the air, the Dalian forces separate into two halves. The chain shots and the oil projectiles impact the ground between them. Any spotter foolish enough to show his head is shot immediately.
The Earls pull off from the main group and ride towards the dwarves, and the infantry follows behind. They are in a loose formation to avoid the trebuchet shots.
OOC: How many trolls would have been shot in the back? Most of them were busy smashing the rest of the Gondorian archers, so they wouldn't have been paying much attention to anything else.
I have added 2 to the worth of the weapon itself to signify that it is a Dwarven weapon and therefore more powerful than normal siege engines. They have superior range, power, and accuracy when compared to other siege weapons.

The Ladders are being used as barricades. The Mangonels and Siege Ballistae are represented by the M and the SB in the back of the formation.
The Heavy Crossbowmen open fire. Once a rank has fired, they kneel and reload as the other rank fires their bolts.
The Mangonels launch devastating volleys made up of medium-sized (bowling ball) spiked iron balls. These weapons are used as grapeshot and are flung by the dozens into the Haradrim, causing vast damage.
The Siege Ballistae target the Mumakil and fire carefully aimed shots at the vital organs. The massive bolts of these weapons should make short work of these monsters from afar.
*The swordsman is captured* KitKat LB just lost you 1 DWE for ever *The siege ballistae that didn't fire at Rex, (About 20) and the ballistae fire on the siege ballistae and destroy them almost before they are able to fire. One Mumakil is quite badly wounded and 2 others are slightly wounded.* *The trebuchets and after a while siege ballistae and standard ballistae fire into your Mangonels with flaming rounds* *All units form a loose formation to allow them room to evade the projectiles, or they hide behind rocks and other hidey objects ) *All archer fire into your H. Crossbowmen, firing 6 or 7 times as many arrows for one of your bolts. This includes the archers in the Umbarian force* *The Umbarian force turns to face the dwarves and forms a phalanx with the troops that are made for it. (Phazan I believe) All other units use shields to hide behind* *The Haradrim Cavalry and Coastal Raiders ride to a position just outside of H. Crossbowman range to the right of the Umbarian forces and stay split up to avoid getting hit by stuff *
The Swordsman is shot by one of the Walking Artillery.
OOC: Your artillery would not have enough range to hit the Dwarves. I added to their weapon-worth specifically to denote this fact. Dwarven artillery is simply much better than any other siege engines in Middle-Earth. It's the same with the Crossbowmen. Their weapons have greater range than most ranged weapons because they are Dwarven weapons. They also have the hitting power necessary to smash a man with one shot, and the accuracy with which to hit the weak spots in his armor.
