... finds the rahi in the Colosseum and shoots two kanoka; One level 7 weaken, and one level 3 reconstitute at random.

Nikan hears the click and spins around creating plasma around the disks melting them to bits.
"Games? Heh, No I don't play games. You see you are playing a game...I'm the one who is breaking the pattern. Who are you playing as Sofos?"
Nikan charges his armor with same things he did when he was in Ta Metru, and creates a vacuum around the beings head.
"Of all beings, only I am fit to play games with your lives."
The plasma around the RaR disk turns to jelly, which hardly hinders the disk's movement. However, it becomes clear that Nikan was too much of a coward to stick around.
"......................................................gasp. With no concentration comes no memorable action."

Nothing can happen to your character that isn't done to it. i.e. for you to have been trapped in the stasis field, you would of had to of actually been stasis fielded by somebody else. As it stands, nobody's done that to you, so do not state the effects of something that have not been done to you.

Kratark's Hagah proceed to bang their heads against the walls of the Coliseum because they literally have no idea what's going on
Compared to the crazy acrobatics Illidak was performing before, he has been slowed to a crawl. However, even the slowed version of Illidak is quite fast, and manages to blast more and more plasma at the Makuta, coming at him from different angles to try and force a hit to happen.
Valix somehow dodges a few of the hits using cyclone, but is still hit in a few places. "Is that all you can do? Shoot plasma?" He decides to use his power of fear to scare Illidak. "Run..." he power screams around the coliseum.
The scream disorients Illidak and amplifies the fear effect that had been placed on him, causing him to turn and run away from Valix. He does however, pause, and turns back to face Valix.
"I... will not be deterred! Mata Nui... will... not... be... usurped!!!!"
Illidak thrusts himself forward with a stream of plasma -- rocketing toward Valix at a very, very, very fast speed -- glaive first of course.
"How many toa of fire are going to attack me today? Welp, burn toa burn."

*reduces heat from plasma to a more tolerable temperature and steps out of the plasma surrounding him* "Try harder" *Vatra laughs maniacally, before throwing another fireball at Nikan, then attempts to escape to higher ground, taking out his sniper rifle as he runs*
Toa of fire cannot manipulate plasma, let alone the temperature of it.

He should realize Valix is gone. XD he's gonna hit glaive first at nothing.

Polybotes approaches, from the City of Ice. She meets up with her brother, Porphyrion in the Coliseum, not far from where Illidak is stationed. The ground trembles, and Alcyoneus appears, digging out of the ground, a tunnel noticeably in the ground from where he was.
"Eggs, I found. I think they are from Cthone."
"According to the star charts, I think the prisons may shatter."
"I found a taco."
The trio speak in unison, the two stare at Porphyrion weirdly. "What? It was a good taco!" He mutters drearily. The two shake their head.
"The star charts from the last celestial event of such a manner was long ago. Then watch as these charts suggest the stars are moving in such a manner yet again."

But I remember a mod putting everyone in stasis fields :/ But Vatra left here long ago so it doesn't really matter xD

But I searched biosector and it says that Toa of Fire can manipulate heat, so why can't he reduce the heat emitted by the plasma?

Plasma is superheated gas -- it is a substance that is typically only found in stars, and the only way they can be observed on Earth is if there is a lightning strike.
Fire, on the other hand, is the spontaneous and prolonged combustion of a flammable object -- such as gasoline or wood.
