Rule would you explain the Xainish magic for/with me?
What I have on the Lore/Worldbuilding Topic is all I have. Basically, it is elementally-based, and involves controlling the elements that are already present. Users cannot form the elements. There is no cool down on it, but its users live significantly shorter lives. The spells it can do aren't particularly powerful, but they can be strengthened with more casters combining their powers.

No. They don't need Crystals or anything. Their powers are just related to/descended from the Crystal powers.
