Well, seeing as how we are the only ones seemingly left here. I see no reason why not, in fact, I think it would be a perfect reboot! However, could it be possible to take an HQ that is completely dead... As I am coming back on as active.

Ok so 30 years ago, the rhinos had a monarchy, but it was beginning to fail, so the Legend Beast *He exists sort of like a god* began to abandon them when the monarchy completely fell through in 18BR, the legend beast completely abandoned them, as to punish the rhinos for their incompetence by making them dumb, so many (in fact most rhinos) were dumb, minus the ones that managed to keep their intelligence, or those who were unusually smart. The legend Beasts trust was restored when Rixia Rolex came to power, and is now present with Ronegan.

Though any Legend Beasts of Outland species' would've probably been abandoned and smashed in the Gorge, since the rush to evolve down there was natural selection at play (hence why Bliston and Bratta's parents didn't survive it).

Just remove all the fancy Egyptian stuff on it, give it more brown and black coloring, and Lavertus-like armor on it that, painted gold like Scorpio, and BANG. One Scorpion LB.
Oh and uh, i forgot to mention about where it did come from, i can support it did come from the caverns of the Gorge, i mean, there could be many other Scorpion LB’s out there as well instead of just a singular one. Hiw it would have gotten big enough to be ridden on? Well, chi orbs have these glowing auras on them, yes? Thus, they have residual energy fields around them, if we can put two and two together, the Scorpion LB gained size in a feral sense from the residual chi energy fields, but gained very little intelligence to become anthropomorphic.

I think a more logical explanation would be that arachnids in Chima's world have the potential to grow very big by eating enough, but edible plants were scarce in the Gorge, due to the constant competition. So when the rest of the arachnids and bats left, the one or few scorpions who remained had all the plants to themselves, and were thus able to grow to their full potential size.
