Quick question, where did you get the Haradrim from? You should have Khandish troops not haradrim. They are two different HQs.
Sorry. Make the spearman and the archers on the walls and in the central towers(not the pikemen) the Khandish equavilent(still 1 worth). And make the Oliphaunts(1000 worth of this in the keeps, and 1000 in the first gathouse, and none in the second) 1 Dol-Teregs(10 worth)with on them, 3 Tsur-Nemu(2 worth), 3 Khandish Archers(1 worth), and a Charioteer(1 worth), or 20 worth each. That makes 50 of them in each keep and in the first gathouse. Again, sorry for the mix-up.

OK, because my brother keeps on messing up, I'm going to clear up his numbers for him. 5K from Rhun, the HQ. 9K from Khand, the Sub-HQ. 2K siege weapons, 500 from Khand, 1500 from Rhun.
Now, I believe that those numbers should be able to fit in with what units he has, if not he'll have to redo it again.
