Y'know, that makes your HQ incredibly easy to lay siege to. A force at the ford and you're completely trapped Also, did you/MM say that it was 3 days to reach your main fort?
transports at the fortress is a better option. The enemy could build them, but it will still allow him to move troops out if the ford is captured. And yes, that's what I suggested.

In the gathouses there are: 10 Oliphaunts(each), 2000 Haradrim Archers(on the walls, each), 2000 Haradrim Spearman(on the walls, each), 900 Haradrim Archers(in the center tower, each), 200 Dragon's Claw(in the center tower, each), 150 trebuchets(10 on the main keep), 50 Ballista(10 in the main keep), 50 scorpions(10 on the main keep). That makes 11000 Khand troops, 1000 Rhun troops, and 2000 Siege Worth EXACTLY. You still want to attack?

Sorry. Make the spearman and the archers on the walls and in the central towers(not the pikemen) the Khandish equavilent(still 1 worth). And make the Oliphaunts(1000 worth of this in the keeps, and 1000 in the first gathouse, and none in the second) 1 Dol-Teregs(10 worth)with on them, 3 Tsur-Nemu(2 worth), 3 Khandish Archers(1 worth), and a Charioteer(1 worth), or 20 worth each. That makes 50 of them in each keep and in the first gathouse. Again, sorry for the mix-up.
