I'm fairly certain that the Rammas Echor is in the way. Especially after I upgraded it.
I think they're called Mumaks, not Mumuks.
I actually realize there are no Mumaks here anyway, but I could still see the City.
The Haradrim come to the western 'gate' and holds it
Gate? There's no gate in the wall the Gondorians built. It was just a defensive measure. The only gate was the one facing the river, but that part of the wall is gone now.

In which case it's the road. Though there used to be a wall around Osgiliath with a gate on either side

That wall probably collapsed after Osgiliath was abandoned.
They cover the entire western side of the city? And even if they did, the Dalians could go south. Or go north and loop around.
1. there is a wall around osgiliath with only one gate.
2. They're covering the entire southwestern part of the city.
3. If they go north, they'd have to pass through Anorien, Pelennor fields, then Lebennin, so I guess that's fine.
The Gondorians built no such wall when they took the city. They built a wall facing the river that extended halfway around the north and south sides of Osgiliath.

The Orcs have now landed a few miles north of the battle. They move into the city, staying well away from the combat zone to ensure they are not detected.
*the mirkwood elves move to intercept*
*After a long period of struggling through rubble and around buildings, the elves eventually reach a position from which they can hear the movements of the Orcs.*

An army of 5,000 Orcs isn't very hard to hear, especially for Elves.
