I did say we could share Xia, it's a pretty large island. I'm not giving it up.
OOC: So, what if Dysarex were "just" an itinerant Makuta, whose focus was more being sent on missions by the Brotherhood, and his current task is to govern Xia while Toxica remains in stasis?
The Makuta of Xia, known as Dysarex to his brethren and those he cares to reveal his name to, lounges in his chamber, dictating a treatise to a Vortixx scribe. The treatise is a laconic affair, describing the Makuta's agenda regarding the potential upcoming war. "And so, I should hope that this trifling matter does not get too far out of hand. I would hate to be required to sully myself in combat without good reason," Dysarex finishes. Gesturing to the scribe, he says, "You may leave, or rather take your leave, my servant." When she turns to thank the Makuta, she is immediately greeted by a bolt of energy that smashes her almost instantly." Stepping over her remains with his staff in hand, Dysarex takes the letter and places it in a scroll case meant to protect its contents from the elements. Calling for another servant, he says to her, "Clean this mess up and ensure this letter reaches the Brotherhood. Oh, and send for the waterlogged one. Gahdra, I believe she is called. Get to it, then."
Dysarex then steps out onto his balcony and watches the island's activities while he awaits news of the outside world.
OOC: Erm.. Toxica is the Makuta of Xia. Xia and the Tren Krom Peninsula. While I would not be opposed to the duo sharing said title, I do want to point out I was the first to claim both those regions, and as such, have claim. If you are willing for Dysarex and Toxica to share..? Perhaps they split the island in half, for what they rule over?
IC: A tall worker, by the name of Agate, knocks on Dysarex's doors. He bears a scroll, from Diode.

IC: Dysarex looks annoyed at the worker's arrival, but beckons him in. He says to Agate, "What is your business here? I assume you wouldn't be brought here to intrude on a Makuta's business for a matter as simple as the delivery of a scroll. Come, make your petition known."

The worker, Agate, wordlessly gathers the various chemicals, viruses and toxins within the laboratory. "Indeed, her laboratory carries quite valuable substances." He responds, continuing his gathering, this time raiding the herbs shelf.
IC: "Ah, I was not informed of the state of her laboratory, nor that it contained such valuable substances. Come with me, then, that you might deliver your goods to Diode."

OOC: I don't believe there is an Xian High Council, so your best bet is either to take that to the FAC or just have Kyessia be a highly accompolished Xian.
