OOC: So how much of Xia would you guys say is left? There hasn't been much resistance.
OOC: Well Crystalia's frozen at least 2/7ths of it (don't ask me how I got that data), so between her, Toxica, Zenila and Astrona, at least one third is non-inhabitable by the Vortixx.
Astrona makes her and Zenila's base situated out of a now-abanadoned factory. Hordes of Muaka and Kane-Ra now flock the streets, tearing everything up. Accompanying them are hordes of voracious plants, which are slowly encompassing the city. Crystalia's own new base, situated out of the northern tip of Xia, is entirely frozen over, even the moisture in the air is slowly freezing.
A horde of drones approach the factory. They fire weakening and freezing Kanoka, then Cordak in that order at the rampaging Rahi, causing them to shatter to bits. The same is done to any large clumps of plant growth.

It seems some of the rahi are intelligent enough to move out of the way.. Or Astrona could just be controlling them, who knows. They promptly maul the drones.
The plants follow suit and burrow underground, planting their roots there.

Because the drones aren’t stupid, the silly bear and bull rahi are promptly disposed of, the attempt to “move out of the way” proving futile against a threat that isn’t on a straight path. The same happens to the plants.

The rahi are more intelligent than the petty drones, and evade damage, and kill the drones soon thereafter.

Well, the plants are underground, so.. Yeah no.
Nulled. The Rahi are dead. They were faced with a barrage of Cordak and Kanoka. You don’t just evade that. Not if you’re bear and bull rahi. And the plants were above ground before burrowing, so the drones are shooting at the above ground part.
Inharax, having been ignored this entire time, has now destroyed a good portion of the residential district. He increases the scale of his Explosion attacks accordingly.
Karunax himself, having yet to be crossed by decent resistance, continues leveling block after block.
OOC: Lets see if I can start this up again.
IC: Orcorix has lost control yet again after being separated from the people keeping his mental state in at least a semi-sane condition. He simply runs, not stopping even for buildings. He runs into Karunax, literally, barreling headfirst into the only slightly taller makuta.
This being Karunax, Orcorix bounces off, nearly falling down. Orcorix shakes his heads, then roars as he lunges at Karunax, seeking only to destroy this thing in front of him that resists being destroyed.

Karunax is sent staggering sideways right into the side of a building from the impact, which helps keep him upright. Hearing his attacker's approach, he snarls and whirls around with a powerful sweeping backfist that'll bash Orcorix away from him.
The golems grabbing at his feet are pulled upwards along with him, though many are torn apart by the spikes. Those that survive attempt to use their weight to throw him off the pillar.
The Makuta, however, has noticed the Emperor. He doesn't commit to the fight yet, but fires a thin beam of energy at the being.
blunt pillars extend around the edge of the platform, forcefully ejecting the hanging golems away to land upon the remains of their brethren and the spikes that ended them.
The thin beam of nondescript energy hits Emperor's armor, not harming him but successfully alerting him of the presence of the flying Makuta. The rhotukas move around to his front, and several of the iron spikes uproot themselves and fly towards the makuta.
The golems shatter against the ground. However, this time, the remnants of the old golems begin fusing together, building themselves back together into completely new golems that rush the Emperor once again. The very ground beneath the pillar begins to upheave, forming a hole that pulls it down into the ground.
Voidarix casually fires a short burst of several small beams of energy, ripping through the launching spikes one by one.
Many of the golems are mowed down, but those not directly in the line of fire behind the cordak launchers leap onto them before they slide back into the wall, tearing them off their panel and sending the broken weapon falling down to the ground below. Golems continue to swarm up, the ones destroyed being replaced almost instantly as the ground below the fortress itself begins to birth new golems.
The swarm continues to bang on every crack and crevice in the building, bashing on the windows in hopes of creating an entrance.
A few cracks in the defences appear here and there, but any Golem that attempts to force is open is blasted from the other side as soon as it is big enough to fire through.
The golems just keep on coming, many forming directly underneath the building's foundations and tunnelling upwards through the floor. Many of the surviving chunks of rock that fly off are recycled into new golems at the base of the building, then begin the climb right back up.

Emperor activates his jetpack and flies up, and sends the giant pillar flying at Voidarix. Many iron spikes form in the air around Voidarix, and also are sent on a collison course from all directions. He ignores the golems on the ground, concluding they can’t reach him up here.

Vadarix opens up a secret tunnel leading to the harbour, and all personnel not fighting start to retreat down it, grabbing anything they can. The guards start to retreat, firing hard as their lines crumble.

Voidarix teleports twice in quick succession- once high into the sky, bypassing the field of iron around him, and then directly down onto Emperor, feet-first. The resulting angle avoids the rhotuka directly in front of the Toa, and, combined with a burst of energy released behind the Makuta, Voidarix drives the Emperor into the ground at supersonic speeds, his foot planted firmly on the toa's face up until he collides with the ground.
