No. Seriously, do you know how to roleplay at all?
It's really very simple. When you are attacked, you do not just say "I defend myself", you karzing explain HOW!!!!!!!
Also, nothing Orcorix does is "meager". This makuta has power lance tech built into his armor. You are being ripped apart by gravity and magnetism so much more powerful than Kratark.
Let me explain to you a thing about power lances. The only real thing we know about how much they amplify power is from Takanuva. When the Nyrah gave him the lance, they told him to test it out by putting the smallest amount of his power through that he could. Now, assuming the smallest use of his power Takanuva could make would be a slight glow, for this example lets assume the same amount a lightning bug puts out. The blast that came out of the power lance, with that minuscule amount of power, blew a hole through a wall the size of a kanoka. The lance amplified that tiny glow into a laser as big around as a kanoka, which is about 1-2 feet in diameter.
Now lets look at the makuta powers of Gravity and magnetism. The bionicle wikia says about: Gravity: Kraata: Gravity Stage six: Uses gravity control to crush any object in visual range. We have also seen makuta use this control to alter an objects gravity or increase it, not simply crushing the object. Magnetism: Kraata: Magnetism stage six: Possesses magnetic powers strong enough to tear a slab of protodermis in two. The dimensions of the slab are not given, so we don't know how much force it would actually take. But it would be plenty strong enough to rip open a makuta's armor.
Finally, I want you to take into account the fact that makuta powers are stronger than kraata stage six, and imagine that power through a power lance. That is the level of power you have to deal with here.
With his own use of magnetism and gravity, obviously.
Your ability to miss the point is incredible. Let me make it simpler for you.
You have less than a second to react to Kratark's armor being torn apart. If somehow you manage to figure out what powers Orcorix is using, you attempt to counter it with those same powers. There is one problem. Orcorix's magnetic power is a massive electromagnet, and Kratark is attempting to counter it with a refrigerator magnet.
As I stated above Orcorix has far more power than Kratark. As such him trying to defend against it with those same powers is impossible. If you want to defend yourself you will have to get creative.
>Tries to tank a rocket-powered punch from the most infamously strong brute in RP history >Apparently it really hurts >There's just no other conceivable way that could've been handled >Grrr, Karunax is OP
You're blowing my mind right now, dude. You and almost everyone here already knows who Karunax is and what he's capable of. You and almost everyone here already know that letting yourself get punched by Karunax is just plain foolish. You and almost everyone here already knows that if you just try to wrestle him, you are going to lose real quick.
I don't have to prove anything, because Karunax has been around for almost a decade. But you sure seem to be trying really hard to prove something yourself. Don't stand in front of a moving train to try and stop it and complain when it doesn't. Relax, and try a different angle.
IC: With Kratark out of the way, Karunax decides the traitor isn't worth spoiling the moment and turns back on the city.
You seem to be of the opinion that I don't have the right to promote my own character's power by performing my own feats of strength. In fact, that seems to be the opinion of everyone here. And it is a frustrating one.
I should have just kept my mouth shut and not suggested this place get created in the first place. It's turned into a dumpster-fire of self-entitlement and oppression.
You can promote your RPC’s strength as much as you want. You should also promote his intelligence. Don’t make him try to tank a Karunax punch.
Corvus reappears via portal, Reaver doing the same from a separate one. They move through the hallway at with purpose, Clorvus snapping his fingers at a passing Vortixx, “You! I want you to get all essential materials and data transferred to the Dreadnaught. Seal off the underground and make a copy of along data from the servers. Prep those drones we’ve got for assault, use Kanoka and Cordak. Go, now!” ”Yessir!” The Vortixx Says and hurries down the hall, taking an emergency elevator. The building rumbles with enough force that Corvus is almost knocked off balance. “What is the plan of attack?” Reaver asks. “Tactical retreat is the main objective, secondary is destruction of Xia.” ”Destruction, sir?” Reaver says as they enter the elevator to Corvus private room at the top of the tower. “Yes. Destruction. We will be weakening the defenses of the attackers using a special kind of bullet I’ve had commissioned a while back. You see, Metru told me of an attack on a city of a slightly lesser caliber. Kanoka disks were used to repel the Makuta then, so I’ve had what I call Kanoka bullets fashioned for a...faster delivery.” The elevator stops, Corvus exiting and approaching a wall. He puts pressure on a seemingly random spot and a door hisses open, inside being assorted strange weapons. He picks up a box and takes it over to his desk, opening it. A rather large 2x6 bullet is removed, “It’s such a large size to ensure that they didn’t lose too much power when being carved into shape.” Corvus also removes a bulky looking gun and hands it to Reaver, “It’s got 30 rounds within befor reload is needed. There’s a selector on the side, it switches between Kanoka. You’ve got 10 weakening bullets, 10 eleportation bullets, 5 freezing, and 5 random reconstitution. Don’t miss.”

Think that if you want. But everything you just said is pretty much wrong.
You seem to be assuming that Kratark can simply be blown away by one of Karunax's punches, which in of itself is wrong.
However, in the interest of anyone else who would want to fight Karunax, I must tell you to bring him to the FAC. Your armor makes him completely invincible and impervious to any conceivable strategy that could be pitted against you, and you have no conceivable weakness that could be used to actually damage Karunax.
In fact, I do not ask this: I demand it. If you think you are somehow above everyone else here, that is something you're going to have to prove, no matter how much of a veteran you are.

Kadrina piles documents into a case, along with the box she removed from her desk. Glancing out of the window, she sees the destruction getting closer and closer.
More guards hurry to the entrances and exits of the complex, while unarmed personnel load various items onto vehicles for evacuation. The end of the factory backing onto the harbour is the busiest, with boats going back and forth from the complex to several ships lying at anchor.
Kadrina closes the case and places it by her door, marching over to the other side of the room and slapping the wall. A panel slides out of the way, revealing a keyhole, into which she inserts the key from the box in her desk. Turning it, she reaches into the depths of the compartment. Ignoring the assortment of items falling to the floor, she removes a Kanohi Suletu, and places it upon her face.

Dude you have been role-playing for years. How do you still not understand that this game requires details and explanations to function? Don't just assume that people will just agree with you.
You have given me no reason to believe that kratark can stand a snowballs chance in a volcano against kratark. Saying I'm wrong and nothing else makes it seem like you don't have a way out and you're just being stubborn.
So explain to me WHY I'm wrong, if you want kratarks armor to still exist.

Right.
But what if you're superman and you CAN stop the train. That's what I'm saying.

Superman’s stronger than a train. Kratark isn’t nearly as strong as Karunax. And that’s not Kratark’s fault; nobody is physically stronger than Karunax. Been that way for almost a decade. Anybody’s who’s cocky or confident enough to just let the Juggernaut punch them is gonna get knocked on their butt, and then some.

Says who? You don't have the authority to say Kratark is that weak.
