(In order to make a portal to defend himself, Eric would have to postpone turning the Vahki to sand, giving it enough time to back away and rapid fire blast at Eric until he is shot. So Eric is still under the effect of the staff of presents.)

Eric opens a portal on his current course, using the magnetism to propel him through, closing it once he was in. This being was obviously very powerful, and he had just finished with the bird thing. The chances of him being able to survive an encounter like this right now was low.
The cloud of antidermis that was once the Kanohi eater floats back to it’s cave with the memory box. It looks around at all the stolen matoran parts it has gathered over the years. It wasn’t very much, since it spent most of it’s time in it’s cave, but just enough for what it was planing. It made a crude, rusty armour that was about the size of the average matoran, probably a bit smaller. It found itself a great Kanohi Huna that a matoran gave to it to keep it away and put it on. It looked at the reflection of itself in a small pool of water.

But then, the toa of plantlife Guken sees it. “Hey! are you a makuta?” The makuta wastes no in turning invisible and attempting to escape. “Oh no! Don’t go!” He uses his seed staff to cover Krunask in plants, revealing it’s location. It gives up and turns visible again. “How... did you... know?” “I can see that your leaking antidermis!” This was true, as Krunask must of caught itself on something. It tried it’s best to seal up the hole. “I thought you could use a Hagah!” Krunask stairs at Guken for a while, before speaking again. “Can you... make a... boat?” “I think so!”

Seeing as the lower half would probably cause the matoran to tip at an angle, Eric's current predicament ends with him hitting the edge of his portal hard with his lower half trying to reach the floor.

He finds that Eric didn’t have any specific location in mind, focusing what he could on simply escaping. However as Eric passed the portal he, and consequently Nikan, saw large carvings and a dry enviroment, extrememly similar to Po-Metru. Probably due to the fact it was Po-Metru.
