Dol Amroth
Dol Amroth is a promontory situated on a peninsula in Gondor facing the Bay of Belfalas.
The emblem of the Prince of Dol Amroth is a silver-upon-blue banner, bearing a ship with a swan-prow upon the sea.
Its northern shore defines part of Cobas Haven, the small bay into which the Morthond River flowed. Upon the headland the Princes of Dol Amroth established a castle and thus Dol Amroth refers to this stronghold and to the neighboring port-city, the chief city of the fief of Belfalas. Within the walls of the city is the Sea-ward Tower or Tirith Aear, which has a bell that is rung for the benefit of mariners.
This region is under the jurisdiction of Tharlád, the Steward of Gondor. However, Dol Amroth has its own independent ruler in Prince Aradol.
Dol Amroth has 10,000 MWE rather than the 20,000 MWE of a normal HQ due to its being a sub-HQ.
It may have more NWE than a standard HQ, but I'm not sure.
A fleet of ships limps into the harbor. Alarms are raised, and defenses are made ready. The harbor gate (one of those chain things that you put in the water) is lowered, and artillery is readied.

*Yesterday a fleet of ships from Tolfalas entered and set up a blockade around the port, preventing all ships from entering or leaving* *Today another smaller fleet entered from Tolfalas and joined in the blockade. They fire several bolts at the ships in the harbour, warning them from attempting to leave*
OOC: LB, for all intents and purposes, I consider DA to be in battle time. As such, I'd request that you null the regeneration you did today to your ships, but I'll let you have yesterdays since I forgot to arrive here
15 Corsair Black Guards accompany the Siege Ships, Battleships and Frigates 35 Belegaer Archers are on each of the those ships as well
I don't know exact TWE, but I know I have roughly 750 TWE left. (And I'm too lazy to calculate it ) You have 510 TWE left, plus the amount you regened (125)
Fleet 2 consists of:
10 Battleships, 400 MWE
2 Frigates, 60 MWE
2 Destroyers, 40 MWE
It's all over now, all over
One mod to rule them all and in the darkness ban them - Lord of the Mods "I am the Mod Reborn!" - masterlegobuilders I'm the real boss

The artillery on the walls begins firing at the Siege Ships. (They are Siege Ballistae, and therefore have greater range, accuracy, and power than a normal ballista.)
The battleships in the harbor fire a few half-hearted volleys at the nearest enemies.
OOC: Not necessarily. I can hold out indefinitely as long as the citadel isn't taken. You have virtually no infantry with which to seize the region, and I have a decent amount of forces in the city.

*The siege ships sail closer to the city and begin a bombardment of the wall the Siege Ballistae are on, especially the areas around the siege ballistae. The battleships also move closer and fire at the wall with stone throwers, and target the siege ballistae with their ballistae*
*My ships stay out of range, although my frigates move closer*

The Siege Ballistae are slowly destroyed, but the siege ships have taken major damage to their hull.
The battleships fire at the Frigates.
Archers on the walls pop out, fire at your crew members, and then take cover.

OOC: It's only 4 siege ballistae, I don't think they're that OP I have still taken some degree of damage, but not enough to sink one of the ships
*The siege ballistae are now destroyed due to the sheer amount of projectiles launched towards them. If not, their crews are forced to take cover from the barrage. The siege ships continue to level the wall, especially the battlements and towers. They also sail slightly farther away, out of accurate range of the archers*
*All my battleships sail towards your fleet now, launching a hail of incediary bolts at them. Behind them are my destroyers, which also fire at them. My frigates fire towards your damaged frigates, but keep moving to ensure they are not easily destroyed*
My previous moves pretty much make this not effective any more, as they have all moved away. Btw, is this wall the one that is getting hit by wall-breaking boulders perchance

I already stated that the Siege Ballistae were destroyed. Any of your ships that try to enter the harbor are instantly sunk. (Not by my ships, by something else. And no, it's not the Kraken. )
My ships sail behind the harbor walls and unload their crews. All soldiers take cover in the city.

OK, my bad, I thought is was going to take a few turns.
I know what it is, a chain across the harbor entrance. Now, in every mention of a chain across the harbor entrance in books I have read it has always been visible to ships trying to enter. Either it can be seen on the surface of the water or you will see massive chains trailing into water from towers on either side of the harbor. This is because it acts as more of a deterrant, as, I believe that if a ship hit it while going at full speed, although the ship would be sunk, the chain would most likely either be snapped or damaged heavily. I know it doesn't sound possible, but I watched an incredibly thick chain get snapped by something that looked like it could never snap it. (This was with my own eyes) I don't have a problem with it existing, but a post saying that it is put in place or that it exists would also be necessary.

Well, if you want it to take a few turns, that's fine.
I did say that it existed. Look at my post on May 2 when my ships first arrived.
And might I say again that I am deeply sorry for the Thrawn incident. It was a terrible mistake.
