(OOC: I really do hope some others come to reply, cuase we really lost alot of activity and active users heading into the new decade. It's a bit concerning, really. )
-Like always, the Forgotten haven't shown up, or rather, refused to show up, they were currently busy dealing with the Spider Royalty in their land of visiting. But meanwhile in another room as the politicians were filing in...-
Bat Senator: "Like always, these Forgotten are Lazy, they can't be relied upon! I question their uncouth leadership and authpority, are they still technically considered a Violent Non-state Actor?" -he said, a hint of Forgotten Resent within his speech-
Scorpion Senator: "They did manage to relive us of Scortica's authoritarian Combine Regime controlling us... and sadly, our Royalty as well, I really hope that for one day, the Scorpion monarchy will come back if our heir is in surviving peace..." -he said, his dialogue seemingly inferring he was part of the Old Monarchy and not the reborn one in the outlands.-
Spider Senator: "We were all created by some being, let alone an inlander years ago! We should have made peace to our creators beforehand instead of attacking them and claiming lands... that was mostly in part of the Bats and Scorpion's Pact, there was a reason our old Queen had us stay out from their politics!"
Bat Senator: "I wouldn't bother with the Forgotten, they are in their own twisted world that seemingly ANYONE regardless of their allegiance, political agenda, or nationality will just give their leaders a rude gesture and leave thinking that they are invincible and 'leading a great cause' for a republic. They arent a legitimate faction! They are all dissidents of whatever tribe they came from and will stay a disorganized mess! We should tell the tribes of Chima about this!"
Scorpion Senator: "This looks worrysome, they wanted their own freedom for so long, but... at what cost?"
Bat Senator: "Your tribe's rulers you fool! You didn't check Scortica's power within the tribe! I dunno HOW he managed to contact that weird strange Combine people! Those people did horrific things to your own tribe and the Spiders, are you so daft that you cannot realize it?!"
OOC: Sorry. School's pretty busy, and i've been playing games mostly after school. I'm never gonna retire from here though, so i'll post some here and there.
(OOC: Well, i hope your school year is ending soon, we can need your activity, glad to hear you aren't ever giving up on this rp or the fanon one. )
-The Bat Senator decided to stay quiet about this issue. Unaware of anyone’s knowing, the Forgotten are planning more tribal “annexations” to do with the help of the Rax leader...-
"Erdrik": "Now then, I don't want to keep you all waiting too long. I'll give the Sabertoothes, Icebears, Phoenix, and Forgotten a few more minutes to arrive."
-Coming from the western airspaces, arriving senators from the tribes soon see a fiery blaze approaching in the skies, an graceful, godly orange and yellow-golden light source floating in... people have never seen this sort of thing before in chima, who were these people that looked divine and godly among the citizens? Alas, it was only the legendary ancient Phoenix arriving in with delegates and their tribal leader!-
Pheonix Pilot: "M'lord, we're approaching Mt. Cavora, shall we make a landing and set up camp here?"
Fiona: "Yes sir, land here, and me and my delegates will head in for the tribal summit, we are hope to bring our appearance to stun and maybe gain something from these mortals we have protected and valued for so long..." -she said with importance and care, like a mother to many many children.-

OOC: Well technically, most tribes went to their islands to earn fire chi by now.
IC: "Erdrik": "Excellent. It looks like the Phoenix have arrived. Perhaps the Ravens, Sabertoothes, and Icebears will still arrive as well."

OOC-2: I forgot about the Ravens.
-just ar Erdrik says that, he hears glass shattering and a squawk of a Raven followed by a crash of wood splintering-
???: “AAWWK~!!! MY WING, MY WIIIING—“ -a voice was heard from outside the room-
-Erdrik would go out to see a Raven holding his wing as he steuggles to get up, soon seeing a rather armed Phenox guard fly into the window, pointing a spear at him-
Pheonix Guard: “Ayo bird-brain! Get away from our queen, she is not to be stepped and hit on by the likes of you, mortal!”
Razar: “You were this close to breaking my wing, my freind! O-ow, c-cramp!” -the Raven leader said, leaning in a awkward way as he held his wing, groaning in pain-
-suddenly, another shout, this time from a woman was heard followed by another raven’s cawing-
-Rica had just flown in and round-house-kicked the Pheonix guard that threatened his husband-brother-in-law-
Rica: “Yeah, your Leader ain’t got the looks that i have.” -she scoffed-
Razar: “In that Overwatch Soldier’s bodypack?” -he said, scratching his head-
Rica: “I looked beautiful in my royal clothing, yes, but at least i look alot more powerful in Forgotten Uniform.” -she said, her hands on her hips which were covered by the cut off remains of her raven-feather gown.-
Razar: “Oh yeah, good point... we are kleptomaniacs anyhow!” -he chuckled and looked proud of it-
-Rica notices Erdrik-
Rica: “Ooh look who it is, it’s the masked crusader-statesman here.” -she said with a snarky tone to the Eagle leader.-

---------------------------------------------------- New post:
Rex: "So the rumors about you were true, King Razar. When I heard about the Razarian Monarchy, I'd assumed it was named in memory of you."
The tribe leaders and representatives begin to settle into seats around the large round table, here in the Bat embassy's central meeting room.
"Erdrik" (sweeps his arm across the air dramatically): "It appears we have almost all of Chima's major leaders or representatives gathered. I'll no longer keep you waiting. The other two Ice Tribes and The Forgotten may be fashionably late if they wish, but if they don't arrive to this meeting of peace and understanding, I think we can all agree that we should... keep tabs on them."
Many of the leaders and representatives nod and murmur in agreement.
Malgus II: "That is true. Not to frighten anyone, but I'm sure you've already suspected this: the Sabertoothes in particular are completely devoted to their goal of destroying the Lions, and possibly the Phoenix, through a continued violent invasion of the south. It was these red flags about the Sabertoothes' nature that prompted us Mammoths to detach ourselves from them. Nevertheless, the Sabertoothes' old leaders have disappeared and presumably been replaced, so perhaps this will bring about a change for them."
"Erdrik": "Indeed, Prince Malgus. Let's all hope so. Now, onto the matters I arranged this Tribal Summit to discuss—"
Lycan: "Please excuse me for interrupting, Erdrik, but I can't help notice how youthful your voice is for someone of your age. One could almost mistake you for being in your twenties or thirties..."
"Erdrik" verbally maneuvers his way out of Lycan's trap in a matter of seconds.
"Erdrik": "Ah, but you see, Supreme Regent Lycan, as any scientist will tell you now, it's been discovered that fire chi can have somewhat of a de-aging effect on frequent users. This was proven by the fact that, when Ice Hunters plug fire chi, it completely reverses the decay of their flesh that'd been brought on by their curse. Fire chi has had that effect on my voice."
Vamprah looks over at Fiona, and then sidelong at Leodus.
Leodus: "A-hem... that is indeed true, but for Ice Hunters, it has a number of possible side effects, so caution is advised for Chima's ice-powered residents."
Lycan: "You say that, and yet you, King Leodus, were the one responsible for the curse that turned half of the Ice Hunters into what they are... a curse that would've resulted in this room, and much of Chima, being frozen, if not for fire chi."
Lycor, standing next to Lycan's seat, flashes an apologetic smile at his friend.
Leodus: "Yes, I know, and I take full responsibility for what happened to the Vultures and Icebears, but as we have fire chi to prevent those of us who aren't Ice Hunters from freezing through contact, that's somewhat irrelevant, isn't it? Now that fire chi is widespread, southern tribes and Ice Tribes can theoretically coexist, in peace. Meetings like this are the first step to such a peace, right?"
"Erdrik": "Exactly, King Leodus. Case in point, it's my understanding that the Mammoths have entered into an unofficial truce with the Fire Tribes?"
Malgus II: "Yes, ever since my father— err, well, it would take too long to explain the magical and metaphysical reasons for the truce, so long story short, the Mammoths are indeed no longer at war with the Fire Tribes."

Rica: "Uhm, excuse me... but im also a representative of the Forgotten... nobody managed to see the orange lambda on my crotch plate, nor the Green Trihex on my shoulder?"
Razar: "heh heh--wait, you actually ARE part of the Forgotten?!" -he squawks, confused and surprised.-
Fiona: "Excuse me for any sudden interruption but, are these Forgotten the same people whom have managed to get through the trials i gave them in order to give them fire chi?" -the Vulture-Pheonix Queen said, scratching her beak-
Rica: "Exactly the same people whom are there, ma'am. We thank you for giving our tribe fire chi when we needed it, ww have declared the more hostile ice hunters our enemies... but something about Erdrik saying the tribes of chima must keep tabs on us, i take hostility, open or subtle, to our people very seriously. Rica: "Oh brother, you must need to be caught up on what happened in Chima, you've been dead for so long, and a spirit for a time, our Razic's doing fine, dear, but to tell you about Scordon Freeman... he's a peculiar guy, he seemingly is mute and often makes such random decisions on whatever whims. his movements are often twitchy and unpredictable and we'll never be able to know what he does next... all in all, he is a hero to us and leader of our People's Free State."

Leodus looks at Fiona with a lopsided smile.
Leodus: "I'm right here, young lady. I must apologize for the continued unbalance, but, while the Mammoths and Vultures have agreed to live above the borderline, it's proven nearly impossible to convince the Icebears and Sabertoothes to do the same. The act of actually forcing them all back up north against their will would, at this point, be both amoral and impractical; they'd simply charge right back into the south, and I'm not capable of the same curse magic as I was over a hundred years ago. I was hoping to come to an understanding with the Icebears and Sabertoothes at this meeting, but... you all have probably noticed the earthquakes, and they'll only get worse with those two ice tribes in the south. The Empire of Balance and the Mammoths have agreed that the only way to bring balance and coexistence is by outright removing elemental powers from Chima. The Phoenix, of course, know what I'm talking about."
Malgus II: "You may not have known, Empress Fiona, that my father found and donned one of the Fire Wing Harnesses to use for the Great Illumination, and is searching the world for more of them as we speak. Additionally, two more Fire Wing Harnesses have been found, by Forgotten members Scordon Freeman and Spalyx Vance."
"Erdrik": "So then why did you say earlier that the southern tribes and Ice Hunters can coexist now that fire chi is widespread, King Leodus?"
Leodus: "That was a statement I had prepared in order to stall the Icebears and Sabertoothes if they attended this meeting, so that they wouldn't try to stop us from finding the Fire Wing Harnesses, as we'd already seen with Senix. Though they're not here anyway, and, well... this is a lot of people to keep a secret, but I think we can all agree to not tell the Sabertoothes and Icebears about the Fire Wing search."

There are nods and murmurs around the room.
Rica: "If Dr. Freeman and Miss vance had found Fire Wings Harnesses, don't those technically belong to other tribes? How many fire wings harnesses were there made to begin with? Should there be one for every living tribe now?" -she said, pondering about this issue-
Fiona: "We've may have made extras in case some of them were damaged beyond repair..."
Rica: "I-i think one of our ravens managed to find rather damaged peices of one from a Scorpion-held encampment in the Outland mountains, i don't know how he had managed to repair it, but, something's gotta give, and how Freeman managed to have his H.O.E.V. suit altered when he first plugged Fire Chi, they automatically appeared upon him, giving us speculation that, minerals and properties from the harness must've been used to create the armor plating of Freeman's powersuit..." -she said, scratching her lower beak-
Razar: "Oh yes, i wouldn't mind having these pretty hold harnesses!"
Fiona: "Only of you're worthy enough... speaking of... the Forgotten seems to be... abusing the Fire Chi for their own benefit... which may be a major factor within the natural balance of Chima... Leodus, Malgus, i believe you may have felt the presence of so much power being used in a certain southern part of Chima like i have?"
"Erdrik": "Forgive my misunderstanding, Queen Rica. I had no idea there was a Forgotten representative here. I'd assumed you were a former Forgotten. Ignore my remark about their not coming to the Summit. However, my point about the other two ice tribes still stands."

New post: OOC: The harnesses each correlating to a specific tribe was just a thing in the sets, to add to the collectibility by giving each a different tribe's insignia. In the show, they all still had Phoenix insignias when the destined heroes put them on, and there just happened to be eight left (not counting the one in the Phoenix temple, because Flinx didn't need to use it). So there were nine in total, canonically.
IC: Leodus: "I believe there were six more to be found, now five if the Forgotten have indeed found another in the Wastelands."
Malgus II: "My father mentioned that after he put his on, he felt the power surges from the other harnesses that've been found, which is how he found out who the other two wearers are. He also said, though, that if the fire wings themselves 'activated' in the first place, it meant that the people who put them on must be worthy. However... if the Forgotten built the pieces of a broken harness into a modern suit, they might have found a way around that."
Leodus: "So you're saying that, because that harness was essentially built into a suit utilizing modern technology that wasn't around —and couldn't have been foreseen— at the time the harnesses were initially forged, it may be able to sprout the fire wings without Scordon Freeman actually being worthy."
Malgus II: "Exactly."
"Erdrik": "...And if someone who isn't worthy flies into Cavora with the other Fire Wing Harness wearers, it will presumably alter the Great Illumination in a profoundly negative way. Luckily, there's a simple way to find out weather or not Scordon Freeman is actually worthy: just have many Chimians try on the suit, and if the wings only 'activate' for Scordon and a few others, they're worthy. If the wings activate for everyone who tries them on (there can't be more than a dozen or so people who are worthy), it's a result of the modern tech, and the harness materials need to be removed from the suit and properly reforged."
Malgus II: "I guess the hard part would be convincing Freeman to lend his suit to others to try on. I've heard he's somewhat... eccentric. Though I'm sure Spalyx Vance will be helpful in convincing him when she's told about this. Otherwise, the suit will have to be taken by force, but only by people who are Forgotten members, so the Doctor doesn't declare war on a tribe..."

Fiona: "This seems... concerning, how did one of our sacred harnesses ever get damaged enough to be buried and thrown away in sediment for almost a millennium now?! Is this powersuit mass-produced?"
Rica: "According to New Aperture's CEO, yes, these things were somewhat mass-produced for all scientists whom are willing to go into the line of such hazardous environments. Although the numbers arent properly listed, it's highly unlikely the same materials used for the harnesses have found themselves in some other persons's H.O.E.V. suit, and to whom has little to no ties with being a hero could activate these wings..."
Razar: "All this history stuff is frying my brain..." -he groaned and rubbed his head, Rica sighing and patting his brother on the back-
Fiona: "I sense getting evidence from your Forgotten would be hard and arduous to bring out if this severe flaw grows... it's not already you people use our Chi like if it were normal chi, all willy-nilly, gluttonous for Cavora's natural power..." -she said in a stern condescending tone, a somewhat subtle jab at how still immature the Forgotten are...-
Rica: -her looks furl into a very staunch look- "Are you challenging my faction's legitimacy and role in this natural world's balance?"
Fiona: "...I mean, look at your 'rebels' you field. They made a mockery of my fire chi trials! Them and their brightly-colored hooliganry... They did some weird thing with some guns that creates objects out of thin air and physics-distorting tools that can manipulate these objects in real time. Rica: "They were probably all part of our Gm_Construct Engineering Corps, They used those tools to solve that puzzle of yours."
Fiona: "They didn't deserve this power if they mocked my trials like this!"
Rica: "If we wanted to fight and/or assimilate Ice Hunters, then our not-as-plentiful standard issue Super-heated Rebar Crossbows we give to our best of marksmen are hard to build and come by. This thing with fighting Ice Hunters is a bit rigged, and dare-say, Mary-Sue-ish. It's plot armor!" -she stood up, pointing to her-
Fiona: "You dare say Fire Chi is Useless?!" -she squawked and the vulture in phoenix clothing stood up as well-
Rica: "Im not saying that, im saying we also use the power of Science, Physics, and plain Common-Sense-Thinking and standard knowledge of dealing with these Hunters. Fire Chi can't be used alone to defeat them! Heat, be it from super-heated rebars from our crossbows, exhaust from our vehicles, or even a plain ol' hair dryer! We require the utilization of any possible weakness to defeat our enemies, be it conventional or unconventional!" -she growls and sits down-

Rica: "And we are fine using Fire Chi for our own purposes as we see fit."
Leodus: "On the contrary, fire chi actually is necessary to fight the Ice Hunters, as they're able to freeze nearly anything, even fire itself. Their curse made them a northern equivalent to the Phoenix in terms of power; just as the Phoenix are the embodiment of fire, the Ice Hunters are the embodiment of ice. The Leopards volunteered to join the Fire Tribes during our war in order to obtain fire chi, because we had captured Senix beforehand, and knew that the Vultures and Icebears would subsequently gain the same power over ice if I used the same curse on them to end our war, which proved to be an inevitability. However, as you can see, the creation of the Empire of Balance, a mutually beneficial alliance between a Fire Tribe and an Ice Tribe, proves that the two elements can coexist, as long as the Ice Tribes live above the north-south border, and the fire chi-using tribes live below it. The problem is the Icebears' and Sabertoothes' refusal to stay out of the south. Our only options are to find all the harnesses and initiate a Great Illumination, or to somehow convince those two tribes to move back up north, so maybe instead of trying to figure out new ways to burn them, the Forgotten can try to come to an understanding with them instead. Let me explain.
Leodus (gestures with his hands): "On one hand, we have the Forgotten, a faction unlike anything the Sabertoothes have ever known before, and completely unassociated from the Lion Tribe they hate. The Forgotten are clearly tight-knit with the Ravens, so you wouldn't be opposed to allying with tribes in general, yes? Now, on the other hand, we have the Sabertoothes, who have not only lost every last one of their southern outposts recently, but have also, even more recently, been graced by a new leader, who may or may not share the same stance on a southern invasion as his predecessors. This proposal may seem bizarre and outrageous to everyone in this room, but I see this as a good a time as any for the Forgotten to slip into an alliance with the Sabertoothes, and see if they can convince that tribe's new leader to keep his territory in the north."

We Forgotten won't do something stupid than ally with an tribe that is seemingly antagonistic to the rest of Chima, yes we'll take in it's persons whom are not happy with their own tribe and convert them, forcibly or willingly, using the fire chi we have amassed. IC: Leodus: "It is unfortunate that you refuse to even attempt an understanding with the Sabertoothes, though I can understand where you're coming from, Queen Rica."
Leodus closes one c-shaped hand around the other, putting his elbows on the table.
Leodus: "However, I can't help but ponder what you said about the Sabertoothes being antagonistic toward the tribes of Chima. Are the Forgotten not the same way? Not only do you refuse to ally with any tribe unless their leaders are working for you, as is the case with the Ravens, but, as Empress Fiona pointed out, you also seem to force your Ice Hunter members to plug fire chi, which is now known to sometimes have brainwashing side effects. Additionally, I've heard that the Forgotten have been... forcefully infiltrating certain key locations in Chima as of late."
Lycan: "Exactly. I'm afraid the Forgotten aren't as morally righteous a faction as they may have first seemed. I am fully aware, Rica, that you had my son freeze Mr Radnar, so that you could take control of the Raven Tribe, under your Forgotten-approved monarchy."
Rex: "Heh, that explains it."
Everyone looks at the young raven, who gulps.
Rex: "Er, sorry for speaking out of turn!"
"Erdrik": "No need to apologize, ambassador. Everyone has a voice at this meeting. I see the Forgotten aren't in agreement with the tribes in a lot of regards, but I hope we can all come to an understanding. After all, the purpose of this meeting is to unite our great factions, fire or ice, Forgotten or tribe, against a common enemy..."

I see the Forgotten aren't in agreement with the tribes in a lot of regards, but I hope we can all come to an understanding. After all, the purpose of this meeting is to unite our great factions, fire or ice, Forgotten or tribe, against a common enemy..."
Rica: “They are more of OUR kind’s enemy than yours. I would say to give support, but Dr. Freeman would rather go a one-man-army considering how versatile and powerful he thinks he is.” -she said, a pause before clearing her throat- “But. If you’re willing to play charades with that mute scorpion, be my guest. I miss my ruling of my tribe with my brother and theres a reason we still consider ourselves legitimate rules of all ravens now, from Forgotten or neutral alignments, we Forgotten are always a chaotic neutral faction.”
