The MMC introduced me to a lot of great Nintendo games I had never heard about.
I already knew all the mainstream Nintendo series, but I hadn't really heard of the newer ones. The last Nintendo game I remembered before joining the MMC was Twilight Princess. I played it at my friend's house when the Wii was brand new.
I only knew about Mario before the MMC. Sad, I know

That is sad. I grew up playing all types of Nintendo games, not to mention SSB expanded my knowledge of the characters from games I never played.

Wii Sports is great. Mine would be Super Smash Bros, no specific one.
SSB is one of my favorites too! My favorite is Melee mostly because I grew up with it. I would get the new one, but it doesn't have Ice Climbers, which was my main:(.

I didn't really grow up with videogames, not my thing. Though a few years ago I was into a lot of Sony-exclusives.
Who doesn't grow up with video games:O?! Two things essential when growing up: LEGO bricks and video games. I like Sony-exclusives as I have had a PS3 since it came out! My favorites are inFamous, LittleBig Planet, and Uncharted.

That's kind of sad... Shows that the topic was kind of being misused.
It was a chatroom just like any other, just happened to be on the video games forum. We begged the mods to just move it, but they said no:(. I mean, we still talked about video games a TON. I would say 50% of quote chains were about video games back then. Apparently that wasn't good enough though:(.

Other than a very select few games on the desktop, I never played video games.
