*As soon as they enter range the crossbowmen launch a volley, the wallers protect them with their shields as they reload*
*The swordsmen behind the first rank bring their shields up at a command as soon as the enemy is visible and form a loose testudo. The Maethyr I-Thewair crouch down behind this. This all occurs within a second. As a result there are only a few losses.*
*Also, as the enemy advances into range, the Warders let go a precise volley before the enemy manages to release their volley. Many of the crossbow orcs fall, as well as a few wallers. After this volley another volley from the Silvan Archers takes out any orcs still unprotected or unaware.*
OOC: And just to clarify, your troops are advancing, correct? Because my troops are stationary right now.
OOC: Just realized I got my brackets in the map mixed up. [] is left wing, {} is right wing. Otherwise, you'd be attacking me from behind according to the map. xD

*The crossbowmen fire again as the non ranged melee troops charge at yours*
OOC: I'll take that to mean yes, you are advancing.
*Retaining the testudo-like formation to block the majority of the arrows, the swordsmen then allow slight gaps in the front for the spearmen to place their spears, creating a bristling (and very unwelcoming ) wall.*
*As the melee troops charge, another devastating volley is released by the archers, who quickly take cover after firing.*

*Many of the archers near the army's center move to the flanks, most towards the right flank with a smaller amount towards the left. All in position fire yet another volley at the troops attempting to flank, slowing them down and taking out many of their numbers.*
*Still in the formation mentioned above, the volley is still not nearly as effective as that of the elves, and few losses are taken.*
*The left and right flank reserves begin to move towards the flanks. The swordsmen are along the sides and front where enemy arrows would most likely come from, shields at the ready to block these if they do come.*

*The Maethyr I-Thewair immediately engage the melee troops, effectively smashing them with unmatched strength and skill as the sweep their battle axes through the advancing enemy.*
*Again, the volley is near useless as the center line has yet been unengaged and remains in a defensive formation.*
*The reserve forces charge into the enemy attacking the flanks, causing chaos and driving the enemy back upon their sudden counter-attack. Swordsmen and Maethyr I-Thewair fight valiantly, spearmen swarm the Olugs, and archers pour arrows onto both orcs and especially the Olugs, taking several down with countless accurate shots from their powerful longbows.*
*In the confusion of the battle, the elite strike team (250 Dae-E-Tawar, 46 Tir-E-Arachir, and 20 Cuan-E-Tawar) comes within range of the enemy attacking the left flank, and with long-practiced silence stealth draw back their bows and with one accord release a devastating volley upon the enemies, taking out most of the Olugs and a great number of the orcs. They then move quickly towards the left wing of the elven army while continuing their barrage upon the enemy.*

Whoah there, slow down! You made too many moves.
No I didn't, I made three. The Maethyr I-Thewair attacked, I reminded you that the center is still in the same formation (thus not a move), the reserve troops attacked (I gave details as to how they attacked, but didn't make multiple moves), and then the elite strike team attacked, and I specified how they did so. So no, I made the max number of moves. Unless you'd like to point out the additional ones you think I did.

Sorry, just kinda felt overwhelmed, I don't have time to make my moves RN, if you make it back before me you'll have to wait.

You're fine, I understand. So long as you aren't stalling to bring in reinforcements, in which case I'll take that as incentive to make more moves against you here.

*My troops start a tactical retreat before they loose all the Olugs*
