So it sounds like you've a rock stuck between a hammer and an anvil and a hammer stuck between a rock and a hard place.
If he's in the opposite side of the region, then he can definitely intercept you as you're going straight for each other. Unless, of course, they are specifically stated to be on the wrong border, in which case you've got more arguing coming.
And that Hammer was never expected to survive. Because if I destroy Rivendells siege engines and mammoths (which I can now do), then they'll have nothing to counter my tanks and siege engines, meaning I'll eventually take the region. They are specifically stated to spread out near the wrong border.
Can you bring up that post? Or show me where it is?
Okay. So, which region are your troops moving into directly after here? Are they going through the Lone Lands?
Yup. meaning that they wouldn't be Intercepted. Sighted, maybe, but not Intercepted.
Actually, I don't think that's true. So, EE said that his troops set up along the southeastern border. If you look at the RP map, you'll see that the southeastern face of the region runs all of the way from halfway through the ND/Bree border up to the ND/Angmar border, meaning that it covers the entire border between the North Downs and the Lone Lands. So if you're moving into the Lone Lands, that means that you're marching straight into him. If EE was just by Bree, then he should've said that he set up along the southern border. The southeastern border, on the other hand, covers the Lone Lands.

OK then. Then the question is, how large are the groups? because if they are small enough, the Bronze Knights and Black Wargs could destroy them hwile they are in front of me. MLB? Or did you decide not to block me? what?

At least in my mind, that doesn't seem to be very significant. Once one group spots you, the alarm goes out and all of their forces head straight towards your army. While you take a slight delay to take out one group, other groups constantly come in from both sides, further delaying you for 8L's troops to reach you.
Yeah, um, that's why I need to know how large the groups are. If my cavalry can take care of two groups at a time, then it would make sense that my troops would make it past, because the cavalry overrun the first group, and then as the other groups come rushing in, the cavalry takes care of them.

Well, you'll have to talk to MLB about that stuff.

Right, so, first of all, EE's move makes almost no sense to me Why divide up your whole foce along a relatively small border. There are positions where you can intercept anything that would pass from where you came from the LL/Bree. I would rather say that a 2 block groups were made, with a few scouts. So one force is positioned at the top of the North Down hills, and one force is positioned inbetween at the border between the LL and Angmar. These should be enough to stop your forces for long enough for 8l's forces to catch up to them in behind. I'll make a troop comp tomorrow, I'm too tired to do it now

All right then. What does this mean for MarioMan's troops? would be be blocked as well, behind the Dale men? Or would he still be able to pass?
