{JAMMERS! -Evil- ONLY!}Ok, the top was mainly just to throw them off. We've given them enough reason already, although I am partially doing what I said.
We have two HQ's in the South, and they have two HQ's in the North. If our main plan is too suceed, then we need to deal less individually, and work as a team, particularily Rhun and Mordor (as MLB has already said that he won't help at the start.) We need to send reinforcements to Forodwaith. We have 40,000 in the north currently, but they have about 60,000. This is including Rhun, but my point is that we need to focus on Forodwaith and Gundabad. They are ways across the Misty Mountains, and so we need to conquer those and keep them for the main plan.
Because of this, I'm suggesting that Rhun has 20,000 for it's borders, 5K in Forodwaith, and 5,000 on the borders that are able to be re-deployed to wherever they are needed. I'll send 5,000 Goblins up from the High Pass (I think that I can hold Moria with only 15,000.) Thrawn, can you do this?

I could put 5K in the Forodwaith if necessary. However, I think that either LegoBuilder or KitKat will attack me from Erebor, so a strong border will be important. I'll probably seize as many regions around Rhun as I can at the start to build my forces, then either attack Erebor or defend against their attacks. My Khandish forces could either help Mordor or aid my Easterlings.

{JAMMERS! -Evil!- ONLY!} First off, yes you'll be under heavy attack. However, with 30,000, you should be good for your core regions, and able to send 5K northwards for the Big Plan of Evil. Harad and MOrdor could as well, they're outnumbering Gondor even with only 50,000 in that direction. However, the main plan of Evil requires us to all hold our own- only hold our own, not conquer tons of regions in the area- and then keep the 4 ways into Bree's land. After that, we need to continue holding our own, and then launch an invasion against Bree. Once Bree is mostly gone, Isengard and Moria (me) can spend less troops on it's attacks and spend more assisting whoever needs it.

{JAMMERS! -EVIL- ONLY!}I will see about sending troops up, but Gondor has almost 10K troops in regions, if not more. It would be helpful if some other HQs send fleets down to me so I can destroy DA, as that would dramatically improve our MWE and allow me to send more than 5K up North. I'm think Mordor and Rhun could do that easiest, and I don't think you would really need any extra troops on them.

{JAMMERS! -Evil!- ONLY!} If you want, you can take the 500 NWE from Goblin Town down to wherever you want to build it. Moria's itself will not be sent though, We'll be using that as a part of the HQ's Defense.

{JAMMERS! -Evil- ONLY!} I think it's best if we post regular reports here. Here's mine:
Morgul has claimed the Morgul Vale, Crossroads, and North Ithlien. The main force has taken Eastern Osgiliath. Gondor has the west side. Cair Andros hasn't been reached by either side yet - I'll try to get it, and if not just obstruct N.Ithilien.
Mordor has taken Cirith Gorgor, Cirith Ungol, Dargorlad and Emyn Muil.
I'm trusting Dol Guldor to hold the Undeeps, and Harad to hold South Ithilien and Emyn Arnen.
My Dunlendings have taken the Enedwaith and the Gap of Rohan. Both are uncontested at this point.
My Moria forces are facing EE's elves in Eregion and 8L's elves in the DD. I'm outnumbered in both places, but I hope that the big plan of Evil will take strain off Eregion, and that I can outlast Lorien in the DD.

{JAMMERS! -Evil- ONLY!} I'm back, and I'll report. Forodwaith is under a large attack, but we should be able to hold it. If Tuvok and Thrawn can keep the Dwarves off me until I finish Kitkat's Bree units, and preferably destroy any seige weapons and , then I'll be able to take them and keep the region. Shamrock, don't expect Evil's Main plan to come too quickly, although It will probably still happen sooner or later. Change the course of those troops, use them yourself at Eregion, and then if you need send the Reserve out.
Gundabad isn't in a good condition. They've got 23,500 MWE their, but the good news is that they have plenty of Seige Weapons, which won't do much in Gundabad due to it being practically solid rock and metal. I've built plenty of archers and seige weapons, so I should be able to use the Massive peaks to my advantage.
In the High Pass, I might not be off to a good start. the Elves may have overtaken me too soon (or they might not have, we're in a small argument their) and I won't be able to work their. However, it's still possible that I'll be able to work with it.
I sent 5K goblins up to Gundabad, they'll help by either getting smashed or by defending Gundabad from inside it's walls.

{JAMMERS! -Evil- ONLY!} OK. I'll use some Dunlendings at Eregion.
Gondor has tried a minor stealth attack at Osgiliath, but LB forgot orcs don't like sunlight, and attacked at night, when every orc in my army was about.
{JAMMERS! -Evil- ONLY!} Isengard has arrived! @those contrlling Dunland: Feel free to use those troops as you like, but please tell me where all the Dunlendings are so the whole sub-HQ's troops are accounted for. I'll send some minor Uruk forces to claim Adorn and Druwaith Iaur for Isengard. Aside from that the rest of the HQ is ready. Where am I needed?

{JAMMERS! -Evil- ONLY!} OK, so their are two major battles in the South that are currently being fought. They are in Eregion (Hollin) which is. . . Actually, I don't know how badly we're outnumbered over there. The Second is against Rohan. You will conduct that as you see fit. Shamrock is controlling some Dunlendings in the Gap, keep it at all cost. If you can spare them, the North is in a predicament, but then it's probably best to stick with The Gap and Eregion.

{JAMMERS! -Evil- ONLY!} Will a full HQ be enough to swing the battle in Hollin? Also, where's the battle against Rohan? I think controlling the Gap is crucial, especially if we can secure the other routes from Eriador to Rhovanion as well. If we also control the open sea, we'll have cut Bree off from the other Good HQs.

Let me see, where have I put the Dunlendings...right. There are 1, 000 in the Gap of Rohan, building a wall while more generate. There are 3, 000 (1, 000 are generated from the region) at the Enedhwaith. 3, 000 more are heading to Eregion to help Moria fight Rivendell. 4, 000 are in Dunland.
{JAMMERS! -Evil- ONLY!} MLB, what is the situation with your Harad forces like? Are you able to cross the Anduin and attack Lebennin and Pelargir? If you can, please do, and draw as many Gondor forces as possible to the southern regions. If you can do that, I'm going to try and send troops over the Anduin, attack the Western Osgiliath garrison from behind, and try to take Cair Andros.
