Bree HQ
Just a small town on the edge of the wilderness, Bree was, nevertheless, an important center of trade and activity during the late 3rd Age. Home to both peaceful men and hobbits, traveling dwarves and men frequently stayed here, for a variety of reasons. Although never the site of any major battles, Bree was the location of several notable events leading up to the War of the Ring.
In the RP, the region of Bree encompasses much more than just the town, so it borders a number of regions. Going clockwise from the north, these regions are: North Downs, Lone-Lands, Weathertop, Cardolan, Old Forest, Shire, and Evendim.
The sub-HQ of Bree is Rivendell. I am currently the leader and only member. Currently accepting applications for entry *holds up a 5-page long form*
The day of prosperity makes one forget adversity; The day of adversity makes one forget prosperity.
So what would you think about me joining as your 2iC, EE?
That would be grand. Actually, you could either join here, or control Rivendell. I haven't had the time or creative juices to compile a unit list for them, so you could do that as well.
I guess the question is, do you want to be kickin' rear with Dunedain or Noldor?

Well, actually, I was hoping to have a few Hobbits to work with. But I can go wiht whatever you want me to.
I'm not sure I will either. I'll see if I can come up with some units though.

Then you can join here, there aren't many hobbits in Rivendell. You're pretty much the only person besides myself and DJ who joined this HQ because of hobbits.
OK, that'd be great. I'll probably just make a cheap rip-off of Lorien's list to start, and then improve it from there.

Sounds good to me. How many troops am I taking? And what's my first target (in jammers, of course ). DJ's here? I haven't seen him in a while.
That'll work. I think I might be able to make a basic list for Bree.

Allways rip off 8legos units and his ideas that he spent hours thinking of. JK

I don't think so, just meant the Bree HQ on the LMBs. That would be amazing if he was here, but sadly, I don't think he is.
Actually, I already posted my old unit list for Bree; I'll bump that for you. Ofc, feel free to add onto it if anything is missing, which is probably the case.
For now, you can start out with 10k MWE. As we discussed at the Council, Bree will be sending out two main armies. One will head northeast, thru the North Downs/Lone-Lands. Those will be meeting the armies of Gundabad, hopefully in Angmar itself. The other main force will be heading southeast through Cardolan; those will try to claim and hold Tharbad, or else take it from the Dunlendings, if they beat us there. I'll also use a couple thousand to claim the Grey Havens right away, then spread to the other regions from there.
I'm thinking you can take the northern force, since your dwarves will be attacking Gundabad. It's always easier to coordinate with yourself than with someone else. At some point, we may need to re-allocate some of those troops aid Rivendell, depending on how things go there. But hopefully, you should mostly be able to focus on Gundabad with those troops. Does that sound reasonable?

Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.

Aww, and you were just starting to get my hopes up.
{JAMMERS! -GOOD- ONLY!} How about eight thousand? I don't think Gundabad will take a whole lot of troops, and I'm sure you could use more. Or I could send some out to capture the rest of Eriador. Otherwise, sounds good. I'll deal with Gundabad and let you take the hard stuff.

{JAMMERS! -GOOD- ONLY!} EE, as you may know, these troops are going to the North Downs and Lone Lands. I looks like MM's leaving Angmar alone, so I'll set up camp there. Some of my troops will move on to Gundabad, others will go up into Forochel and either into the Forodwaith, or down the coastal regions, or maybe something else.
