{JAMMERS! -GOOD- ONLY!} Alright, here's the position of my armies and their sizes:
Mirkwood (HQ): 640 (1,075 MWE). Most of these are the troops regenerated from the battle at CM, and I will move most of this force to whatever nearby battle needs reinforcements most.
Central Mirkwood: 5,451 (~12,000 MWE). Just finished the battle here, routing Tuvok's army. I plan to leave a small garrison here while moving the main force to wherever we decide on.
Dol Guldur (HQ): 270 (1,500 MWE). Elite stealth team to keep Tuvok occupied and prevent his troop regeneration.
Vales of the Anduin: 1,236 (3,000 MWE). Will begin bombarding unfinished fortress there until enemy forces are driven out, and then cavalry will move in. This battle shouldn't last long, especially if I bring reinforcements (around 1,000 MWE) to assist.
West Rhovanion: 1,350 (2,145 MWE). Nothing going on here, still waiting for Sam to get started with Dale. Doesn't seem like it should be too difficult to take this region once attack begins.
As for Lorien's troops, there's 1,000 MWE I can't seem to find (probably will be able to find them today though), but 8,000 MWE are at the Dimrill Dale (combat at a pause for now) and 1,000 MWE are at the VOA.

{JAMMERS! -GOOD- ONLY!} Well, I haven't gotten reports from anyone else, so I'm not sure, but it looks like Osgiliath isn't going too great. You could send your troops down there. LegoBuilder, correct me if Rex's troops are for sure unnecessary there.

IDEA Update:
I have cavalry (3,000 MWE) heading to Gondor, and an infantry-based army (+3,000 MWE) is a day behind them. The cavalry will arrive in 9 days, the infantry in 10.
Central Mirkwood has 1,000 MWE defending it, and the fortress there is 50% complete.
I'm about to besiege Dol Guldur. I have nearly 4,000 MWE there, plus 450 SWE.
Beginning the attack at West Rhovanion. Right now I'm trying to decimate the incomplete fortress there before sending my troops in.
I'm in a similar situation at the VOA as West Rhovanion. It should be easier to win here, though.

{JAMMERS! -good- ONLY!}9,000 MWE at the gap. things are going pretty well. sham's troops are building a small fortress, which I think I destroyed. he hasn't responded in a while. 9,000 MWE at dunland. me and EE are besieging the apital atm. nothing interesting yet. the rest of my troops are just guarding borders for the most part.
I can't believe I had the same awful signature for nearly 8 years. Sorry for disappearing for 2 months, life happened for a bit.

- Dunland: Me and LA are besieging it. Sham hasn't responded in forever. Not much else there. - Enedhwaith: This seems to be going pretty well, my main force should wipe his out fairly easily, and I don't think he'll be able to get a foot in the castle. Again, no response in a while. - Lebennin: Helping fight MLB. LB would know better what the situation is there, as it's fairly chaotic. - Glanduin Ford: I take it you just beat MM there, Kat? - Open Sea: I have my entire navy against most (if not all) of MLB's. We're taking roughly equal losses, but he's got more ships, so ... yeah. Also note that MLB is a die-hard pyromaniac. - Rivendell: Just brought in several thousand troops of reinforcements there, see below.
And Rivendell:
- High Pass: 2k elves there, fortifying themselves in a cave. MM is attacking the Beornings there first. We'll see how the situation develops. - Eregion: 5k elves besieging MM in his half-built fort. Nothing decisive yet, could go either way. - Rivendell: MM is attacking Rivendell with 5k MWE from Goblin-Town. I have some troops there, but not many, although I'm bringing in Bree reinforcements. Unfortunately, I made a tactical error which is going to cost me most of my siege engines at little to no loss to him.

Osgiliath has been attacked. However, I outnumber him there by 1K MWE and should be able to hold it, especially with 133 Scorpions and 200 Rangers on my side.
He has sent his cavalry to Lebennin where he charged my dwarves. I responded but he hasn't made another move yet. Lebennin is still under heavy assault from Harad, Umbar, and now Minas Morgul. I'm not sure if we outnumber them or not. Both castles have fallen, but Dwarves, Men of Dale, Men of Dol Amroth, and the Men of Gondor have arrived in the last week to help with the battle.
The Battle of Dol Amroth is at a stalemate right now as MLB and I are/were arguing about the height of Dol Amroth's walls. I've got some decent artillery there and I should be able to hold it.
