Ah, yes, for conflict is an essential part of life, one that enhances its thrill. The best part is, there are no tax documents for it, which I'm sure will never become a problem. I do like shiny rocks, but I'm indifferent to rubber duckies. I'm pretty pleased with my apartment, and assuming the title transfer documents go through (thrilling stuff), I'll actually own my car soon.
RuleJJ, you're a legend. You're the duct tape of this place. It's honestly pretty impressive that we've kept it going for so long, with only a few small gaps (that were all entirely my fault). I'll read it then, you just let me know when.
