"I have found out how many Xains we're fighting. I talked with -" Lexos pauses, then looks around for anyone listening. Lexos lowers his voice. "I talked with someone called General Dror. He said that there are over six thousand troops in their army. Now, I'm here to see if anyone will join the Forest Band and help fight the Xains."
"Six thousand? Then it is a good thing Amion and I are going to find help. Here, though, I do not know if you will find anyone. The town seems almost empty."
Lexos nods. "Ah." Lexos pauses for a moment, then asks "Do you think we will win?"
Amion walks in and offers an extra two coins. "That should cover it."
"Oh, thank you, sir." Karthon said, surprised at the sudden kindness.
After paying for the food supplies, Karthon turns to man who had helped him. "I'll pay you back as soon as I have the money."
Amion gets on his horse and calls Aaron and the two shadow warriors to his side, each on horseback. As he is about to leave he answers: "Do not make promises when you are unsure if you will live to see another day. These are grave times. Keep your coins."

"I truly have no idea. For one thing, I have not truly seen these Xains fight. And I do not know what help we will receive from Logaire or how many of my people I will find." She falls silent, and then her eyes widen. "There is something else I must tell you. My old friend, Elowyn, who Amion and I visited, told us a cryptic prophecy. I feel it is imperative that I tell you, though I do not know what it means. She said 'There will come a time, when the Stansaurn once again roam these lands, that a great frost will sweep down from the north and fire will rain from the skies. When this time comes, you must journey to the House of Bones and make your way into its deepest bowels, long untouched by mortal men. There you will find the thing that can save your world.'"

He realizes that Aaron has gone to get Karthon's sword fixed.

Karthon could do nothing but stand and watch the man depart in grim silence. He realises now that an ordeal is about to happen. Not only for him, but for a great many more as well...

OOC: Cool propechy for the next event. . . I'm assuming this is the next event you're talking about, right?

OOC: If we do hate you, At least we won't have to put up with more hate in continuing events.
OOC: That would be the idea. I do plan on continuing to participate in the RP, though, just in a smaller way as a normal member with only one character.

The messenger Lexos had sent to the Dragon Knights castle enters the Mercenary Village, his horse galloping madly. The messenger comes to a halt before him and gives him a scroll.
Lexos opens it.

This information will quite useful. I believe I have a plan to defeat them, if you and the other kingdoms can send aid to my Castle. If we draw them into a full-out siege, then nightly Dragon Attacks and invisible Stone Warriors should be able to do some real damage, while the rest of us try our hardest to defend the castle, drawing it out even further.
Sincerely, Darthraxx Dragonslayer. *Seal*
"What do you think?" Lexos says and passes it to Alpida to read.

"What do you think?" Lexos says and passes it to Alpida to read.
Alpida reads it. "That may be the best plan. If we draw them away from their ships, they will be unable to retreat, and if we face them separately their numbers will crush us. Yes, I think a siege might work."
OOC: That would be the idea. I do plan on continuing to participate in the RP, though, just in a smaller way as a normal member with only one character.

OOC: I didn't think about that. But she's tough. She can handle it.
