"We must prepare for an attack from the Xain army. There are over six thousand of them. I talked with a Xain general who said the Xains don't want peace but war, and that once the Xain army attacks none usually stand in their way and that their strong point is offence and that if we dish out fast strong attacks to their high rankers we might win if we-" Lexos talks so fast that you'd barely understand what he's saying.

He takes a few secconds to think"We'll need a stratagem. I think Amion went off to find help of sorts and other members are fighting by themselves. We must unite, at least in plan, if not physically. Too bad we don't have a navy or else attack by sea might be the best option..." He trails off but begins to speak again "It may require some element of temporary defeat, and the arrangement of raiding parties and ambushes..." He trails off again and realizes he has gone off topic. "We must have the same plan, that's the main thing. You're the leader, what do you propose?"

I humbly request your immediate aid against the fell Xain Empire. Our armies must stand as one if we are to hope to destroy the several thousand Xainish Warriors at our doors. If you remember the Battle of The Forest, then you remember the strength that can be put against us, and I urge you to fight it together, as we did with the Forest Band.

We need to join forces again. I think we should..." Lexos nods, thinking. "...We could set up an ambush. Perhaps lure the Xain forces into a difficult position where our archers could shoot at them, and then our foot soldiers could attack while the Xains are trying to get at our archers. Then the Dragon Knights could flank them?"

"That might work. But will it be enough?"
"Alas, probably not." Lexos pauses for a moment, then says "I'm going to personally go to the Mercenary Village to see if anyone else will aid us, and send a messenger to say yes to Darthraxx's request."
Lexos signals for six guards to follow him, then turns back to Harfor and says "I'm leaving you in charge while I'm gone." Lexos walks away to get a messenger.

IC: A messenger arrives to explain that Amion is going on a mysterious quest to find a man in the dessert, possibly a grayling. (Amion isn't quite sure)
