XD Thanks I like to make the funnies... . . .call me darlin' again? . . . I think we should take turns being the stable one, you know, share the load.
...are you asking...or is that a threat... ...maybe if you do the eyelash batting thing I'll consider it (jk; you also can turn it on? )
I'm asking you to. . . Why on earth would I threaten you? Humm *Bats eyelashes* "Your move." ^-) (I don't really know... Only way to find out for sure is to try it tho. )
Btw, I apologize for the change in the way this story is laid out. I changed it because it’s an over-all better layout. Thank you for understanding.
I approached the huge three story building for JA. The bottom floor would be registering and logging in. The second floor would be where you could inter the games and the third floor was where you could shop for merchandise. I approached the building timidly, and slipped inside. I walked up to a desk, and the program looked up from its tablet. “Hi,” I said to it, “I need to log in.” ‘Alright,” it responded, “Password, and username?” “JacksonMissassipy123&4, and Sprocket007,” I responded, shifting nervously. It sat for a second then said, “Verified. Welcome back Sprocket007. To proceed go to the second floor, select the version, and game you would like to play, and enter. You can select a certain server on the pad next to the door or simply enter, and play in a random server. If you have any problems, or questions simply say ‘server help’ and someone will assist you momentarily. Any questions?” “No, thanks,” I responded, then walked to the portal door to the second floor. I walked from door to door looking in the servers for Phantom and finally found her in the third game. I looked into the black void in the doorway. I took a deep breath and walked into the darkness. A second later I was in the server. I was wearing tactical clothes and gear and was holding my sniper rifle. I looked around and realized that I was in the Moscow base. Alright, I thought to myself, let’s find her and get out. Despite what I wanted I ended up playing the game some before I found her. I was in a firefight between my side and the Reds, and we were taking cover in a bluff when I looked over and saw the name-tag over a brown haired woman, and I realized this is the one I was looking for. “Hey! You’re Phantom,” I said to her. She gave me a scrutinizing look and nodded. “I’m Sprocket007,” I said to her as she popped up shot someone and dropped again. “Pleasure,” She said extending her hand for a shake, “How’d you know me?” “Oh right,” I exclaimed, “Benboy sent me. I’m trying to revive some site called, um, The Brick Boards Eternal.” When I mentioned benboy I had her attention and when I told her about the site she gave a sort of wistful smile. “I’ll help you in any way I can. And you said beboy,” She asked, “It’s been forever.” She said the last sentence with a smile to herself. “So I’ll see you after the game?” I asked. “No, you won’t,” She responded, giving me a heart attack, “I’ll meet you in the hallway outside as soon as we can get out.” I nodded and pulled out my tablet and clicked ‘leave game’ and was in the hallway waiting for her to join me, hoping she didn't dessert me. Another part of a Hero is this; holding on to hope no matter how hard it is. Hope can save lives.
Part Five might be delayed, but is still awesome and coming!
Part Five; Unanswered Questions
“All right,” Phantom said, joining me, “What do you know?” “Well,” I said, trying to wrack in all the stuff I’d learned about the site, “It was Broken by a virus that took things like color and themes and mods.” “Do you know who released that virus,” She asked, then voiced the very thing I had wandered for awhile, “These things don’t just happen.” “I don’t know,” I admitted, getting frustrated. “Ok,” She said, “I have some suspects, but I’ll share those after we find some evidence.” “If we’re going to find clues we’re going to have to go back to the site,” I said, “Right?” She nodded then said, “Well, shall we take the bus?” “Yup,” I responded. And so we headed back to where I started. I got the feeling this would be a long journey. A long story. A long life. Here’s another part of a Hero; endurance. You need physical and moral endurance to make it.
In the next episodes there will be more excitement and quick paced stuff! I will also use characters and suggestions! Hype! Hype! Hype! Part Six comin’ soon!
Part six: Euphirus
We finally make it to the site. We walk into the site through the broken gates labeled ‘Eternal City’. Doesn’t look eternal to me, but I don’t say anything. “First off,” Phantom says, “Let’s get something to eat, shall we?” “Do you know a place,” I ask. “Yes, I do,” She responds with a twinkle in her eye, “The Hot-in-tot, best tacos in town!” And so we find an old taco shop, barely still running in the city. Looks like not everybody jumped ship. There are still about three people in the city. I can’t help but wonder if Sombrero Man is still around. We order chorizo tacos with orange flavored soda pops. As we down the tacos someone approaches the table. A lady, with brown hair and eyes is the one coming. I notice a weird-looking sword in a scabbard on her back. Phantom's eyes light up at seeing her and she springs up to greet her, nearly knocking over the closed soda cans. “HannahDash,” She exclaims, “What are you doing here?!” She gives us a smile and says, “I was told someone might need assistance in reviving this site.” Phantom turns to me and says, “You must be looking for him, then.” HannahDash turns as well, “I’m here to offer my help. I have some things I can contribute.” “Um, sure, ok,” I respond, picking up my soda can, “If Phantom trusts you, I’m cool.” She nods, then turns back to Phantom and they start talking about whatever girls talk about. I get lost in my thoughts and am just thinking about Sombrero Bro, when a cold, sticky blast hits me in the face. I choke on it and realized that the sodas must have been shook, when almost knocked over. The noise ceases and I look over at the girls to see they're staring with concerned expressions. After a second, I start laughing, then they join in. We sit there laughing and laughing until we can’t breath then, we gasp in our breaths and get the last of our chuckles out. I start reaching for the pop can, but my hand never gets there. Suddenly, there is a shattering sound, and glass erupts around us. I find I'm laying on the floor, and what just happened registered. The glass window at the front shattered, I fell out of my chair and the cashier screamed something like ‘Euphirus”, and ran off. I slowly get up and look for the girls. Thankfully, they are nearby, and are sitting up as well. I notice HannahDash remove her sword and hold it at the ready. I need to know, the curiosity is killing me, so, I do the stupid thing and walk to look at what broke the window. At first I don’t see anything. Then, I look up and see its towering body. Oh. The Virus. Not euphirus.
A sixth part of a hero is this; trust. We all need to trust and be trusted. But it’s still okay to let people earn your trust, especially if you decide to trust an untrustworthy person.
