It has been a few weeks now, and nothing good has happened since we came to the Mod Tower. In the time since we left the party, the s gained more users and took all of the forums. The only safe place now is the Mod Tower itself. We’re surrounded by emotes, and the only thing stopping them from coming in is the small pizza wall around the Tower, and the combined power of the , , and emotes coming out from the Tower. We aren’t even sure how long that will stop them.
Now, the sun has just set; today is Halloween. If it weren’t for the emotes, today would have been a nearly-perfect Halloween. I go to the window and look out. The sky is clear, and a full moon is shining. The moon sure looks a lot like a emote, though... The scene on the ground is not so pleasant. emotes almost as far as the eye can see. The emotes and most of the -ified users are staying away from the pizza, but a couple users, including Ihavetalent and Waffleboy, don’t seem to have a problem with pizza and are eating away at the wall.
The scene inside isn’t any better. Krul has been frequently checking the window to see if the s return, but there’s been no sign of them. Nintendo moans about the lack of his party to celebrate the holiday. We have no candy to trick-or-treat with, so we have to use donut crumbs. (and some of us are simply to scared to eat any)
I offer Krul a donut crumb, but he just continues staring out the window.
“It seems pretty likely by now that they aren’t coming back. They’ve probably turned into by now,” I say.
He turns his head slightly. “I am NOT ready to give up on them yet!”
He turns his head back to the window. I’m about to turn around to leave, but I see Krul’s eyes suddenly widen.
... *sighs, thinking about having to clean the cat hair on the counter after her nap, and takes a closer look at the cookies in the tray* T-the chocolate chips that were scratched off on some of them... They were always the extra ones! Could it really be a coincidence...? *looks fearfully at my "cat"*
Yeah, I ended up lurking on the MB Stories forum in case of story updates, although it's been quiet for a while now.
*She opens an eye to look at you before quickly closing it again. Is she actually even sleeping?*
A lot of the LMBEs are quiet.
*takes that as a confirmation of the 's presence* So it took control of her somehow... But how can I get rid of it without putting her in danger?
*looks at the date of the last post made on some forums* True. ._. It was a lot more active earlier on.
We all come to the window. Krul points to where the Technic forum is, over by the horizon. A light is coming from it.
“I should have known! The s were hiding there!” Krul exclaims.
The s and -ified users surrounding the Tower turn their heads toward the light in alarm. They hurry toward it.
“They’re retreating! Come, let’s chase them!” WA says.
We hurry out of the Tower and chase the army. As we near the forum, the army begins splitting off and moving in different directions, but still towards the Technic forum. We continue heading straight. When we enter the forum, we can see the spot where the light is coming from (the forum is rather small). It’s a spot in the center, with a few s around it.
“Come on, it’s almost done!” one of the s yells.
It’ll only be a few seconds before the s get to them... Suddenly, we hear an explosion sound, and the light has turned into a portal. The s turn red with anger, while the s are cheering. Seven users step out from the portal. Hannah’s sword leaves my hand, and flies into the hand of Hannah herself!
Hannah’s voice echoes through the air, “The Party Bosscrashers have returned! The Rebellion has arrived!”
We cheer.
She continues, “Tonight, we fight those emotes! Tonight, we win our final victory! We will make this a Halloween to be remembered! You may be thinking, ‘What difference does seven users make?’ Oh, but it is so much more than just seven users we gain to our side...”
From the portal, an army of s emerges. An epic battle ensues. The s and s fight for control of the users. The C.H.D. Airforce, the LAF, and HannahForce battle it out in the sky. Hannah singlehandedly fights off the combined might of the C.H.D. agents and the leprechauns. The mods are swinging banhammers left and right. As for us regular users, TMG used some of the Technic parts lying around to build weapons and contraptions for us to use. It’s almost fun.
The whole situation with the emotes had been quite a mysterious one for us mods. When the first took over and destroyed Real Life, we all knew that it happened, but the suddenly disappeared. We know now that it was taking that time to build up its army. When it returned, we tried to stop them, but we found that their numbers only grew. It didn’t help that the SMC disappeared as well.
It all led to this. The final battle. Victory would mean the defeat of the emotes forever, and peace. If we lose, however, the s will have accomplished their goal of MBs conquest, and we will have to live forever as their slaves...
I swing my banhammer at an , banning it. Wildbunchz comes up beside me.
“Have you noticed this person watching us from the windows?” she asks.
“I haven’t. Who is it?”
“I don’t know. The person’s wearing a helmet, and doesn’t appear to be up to any good...”
I glance around, but I can’t see the windows well because of all the things happening on the ground. A stray paintball from the airplanes’ fight comes and hits an that was trying to sneak up on us. That gives me an idea.
“Hey, WB, we should see if we can get on one of those HannahForce planes,” I say, pointing to the sky.
“Good idea. HEY, HANNAHFORCE PLANES! WE NEED ONE!”
After a few seconds, one of the planes separates from the battle and flies down to us.
“What is it?” the pilot, a sheep, asks.
“We’re looking for somebody who’s looking through windows. We can’t see him from here,” WB says.
“Okay, get in, and hold on!”
There isn’t much room in here, but there’s enough. We’re now up in the air, but the pilot isn’t being very helpful.
“Hey, do you think you could go a little bit slower?” I ask.
He grunts. “Why don’t you do it yourself,” he says.
He jumps out, grabs one of the plane’s guns, and leaps onto a leprechaun plane. I go to pilot the plane, but in the few moments without a pilot, the plane started heading straight for a building...
Probably because there aren't many new people showing up. This place isn't very findable if you aren't looking for it.
I wonder if this would work... *logs onto the MBs and types :P to get one* Now I just have to bring this into Real Life...
Yeah. I think it used to be one of the top results by searching "Lego Message Boards", but it seems to be more obscure now due to the name change.
It'd be tough getting the to Real Life, since from what we've seen, in order to travel between the two, you need either a powerful -user, or a bunch of s with some of them being already in Real Life. (and getting it to real life would be something entirely different, though I'm not sure which one applies here )

(Oh, I meant Real Life as in real life, I shouldn't have capitalized it. ) Ok, so taking something from a digital world to a real one isn't very plausible... I'll just settle for the next best thing and see if it works on the . *prints out a large and makes a mask out of it*

Considering that the started out as a mask you made, that would probably work.

Chapter 31: On the Rooftop
“Do you know how to pilot this thing?!” WB asks.
“I can try!”
I try to figure the controls out as we get closer.
“Just do something!!” WB screams.
At the last second, I pull a lever, and the plane veers off to the left. I hear a window break, and somebody jumps out and onto the roof of a shorter building.
“That’s the person! The plane must’ve scared him out!” WB says.
I chase him and shoot a few paintballs at him. Only one hits.
“Here, let me do it!” WB says.
She comes up beside me and mashes the big red firing button. When there are no more paintballs, I see that the person is dripping in orange paint, and his visor is covered, so he can’t see.
“I can’t land the plane, so I’m going to crash it next to him,” I say.
I turn the plane to head his direction. We jump out before it hits the building. The explosion knocks the person over, and a wing falls on top of him.
“Who are you?” I ask.
He throws the wing away with ease, and it narrowly misses my head. He gets up and lifts his helmet’s visor. Not surprisingly, it’s I see under there.
In response to my question, he says, “With the , we lose our identity. There is no individual. I am the .”
“Okay, who were you?”
“That should not matter to you.”
I see that WB is gone, but she soon comes back with several s. The person starts running, so I grab an plane part and throw it at him. It hits his visor, causing it to fall down. The s use this opportunity to get to him. They get inside, and now I can see the struggle between the emotes to control him. After several seconds, the struggle stops, and a falls out. The person throws his helmet off and pulls out a banhammer. His tongue is sticking out. WB and I now know who he is...
“It’s the SMC!” WB exclaims.
The SMC ignores us and stares at the .
“You evil emote! You will pay for what you’ve done to me and to the MBs!”
He runs up to the and swings his banhammer at it. In a great flash of light, the is banned.

*puts on the mask and peeks into the kitchen, hoping to scare the out of my cat*
“How is it over? You just banned a single ,” I say.
“But it was THE . Look!” the SMC says.
We go to the edge of the building and look down. The s are all gone. There’s a mixture of confusion and cheering among the users.
“So, the was hiding in the Mod Tower this whole time...” I say.
The other mods come up.
“SMC? What are you doing here? What happened?” WA asks.
“The lead was using me as its hiding place. Once it was removed and banned, the whole army was gone.”
We say nothing.
“Well, I need to wash this paint off and release Dumbledore from the Dungeon. You can go and help calm the users,” the SMC says to us.
He grabs his helmet, tries to wipe the paint off, puts it on, and walks away. The rest of us go down to the ground. The users who worked willingly with the s found themselves with s in them, so they wouldn’t try to help the s. I look for users from the Halloween Party, and I find Hannah and Sham having a conversation.
“Now will you admit that the Party Bosscrashers still exist?” Hannah asks, playfully.
“Yes, yes, I do now. Man, those emotes are mean...”
A leprechaun plane swoops down and picks him up. Hannah turns to me.
“Good thing that’s all over!” she says.
“Shall we head back to the party?” I ask.
“What’s left of it,” Nintendo says.
“Yes, what’s left of it. Get the other partiers, and we’ll do what we can to celebrate before the night is done!”
