Yes, it would be good for experience, but I think I might be the only one on staff who would be interested if it were just for experience. It could get non-MB users if we rebrand it or even just advertise it a lot, but it currently doesn't have a lot of people who weren't on the LMBs or Galleries.

Don't know what the overall employment rates are for everyone, but the animation industry was already absurdly competitive pre-pandemic and there have been some recent studio closures making it even worse
I haven't done that much research but almost every restaurant and store has a "We're Hiring" sign. I dunno about the higher-level jobs.
