Yup. It's a three bedroom house so we're gonna take some off the living room and turn it into bedrooms for them so they can have there own spaces. Ah, that makes sense. So where will the living room be if it's being converted into two bedrooms?

Yep. Does your house have a family room? From what I understand, the family room contains the fireplace, while the living room doesn't, but both are big rooms for many people to gather.
