[OOC: I'm Visnja? I don't believe I know this character...]
OOC: Oh, no, sorry. I'm just pausing to give you a chance to react to the situation.
[OOC: OH, that makes more sense. xD]
Daniel surveys their surroundings, not for the first time. The more they walk in the tunnels, the uneasier he seems to become. "How long are these tunnels?" he mutters, more to himself than anyone else.

Indeed, walking through the tunnels is very disconcerting. Besides the branching paths, there is nothing to distinguish this segment of the tunnel from any other. It would be very easy to become lost down here if one did not have a way to navigate.
"I can feel powerful magic coming from the right," reports Visnja, "We don't want to go that way. Other than that, I don't know."
Alinor nods, considering. "What do you think, Lord Daniel?"
OOC: Just so you know, one of the two remaining paths leads to everyone being almost certainly smashed. You don't want to pick that one.

[OOC: O.O Good to know.]
Daniel feels tempted to go down the path on the right, but something about the grim note in Visnja's voice makes him pause. Reluctantly, he accedes. "Better safe than sorry... I suppose the left is best, for now."

Alinor nods. They begin walking town the left hand tunnel.

OOC: You chose correctly. Good job.
OOC: Huzzah, I live.
OOC: For now.
IC: Once again, the expedition continues down the tunnel. After a while, they reach an odd juncture. The tunnel continues straight, but it appears that this section had been blocked at one point, by some sort of sliding door that now stands open.
Alinor brings the group to a halt once again as she examines the door. Does anyone join her?

Daniel speaks up. "Why don't we open it to see what's on the other side?"
OOC: Again, I need to explain better, sorry.
The door is open, which is what allows them to continue moving forward. It is clear that at one point the door was closed, blocking the passage, but someone has been through here and opened it.

OOC: Ohhh..! xD It's all right, no worries.
IC: Daniel keeps his mouth shut.
Finding nothing else of note, Alinor leads them forward once again. At this point, the tunnel begins to wind back and forth slightly, making it difficult to see what lies ahead. As they walk, Daniel, Lucas, Azril, Goatie, and Jednook realize that they have no idea how long they've been down here. It could have been an hour, or a day, or ten. Whenever they try to count the time and put a number to it, they come up with nothing. Jednook and Goatie recall having a similar feeling in the other tunnel.

Goatie has another go at calculating the time, scratching lines on a little pebble he had picked up a while back.
He has no difficulty with the calculation itself, but his attempts to make the numbers make sense yield nothing. He doesn't know what numbers to use for the calculations.

Jednook waddles along beside his master, starting to whimper. He is bored, becoming agitated. He nudges the pebble his master is holding, accidentally knocking it to the ground.
Goatie tries to concentrate on the time. He bends down and picks up the pebble. Yet again, he fails to establish a number to account for the scratches on the pebble. Giving up, he flips the pebble over to Jednook for him to play with.
