Madoc places a hand on his shoulder. It is clearly meant to be a reassuring gesture, but the ugliness of Madoc's face prevents any such message from actually coming across. "That's not our job, lad." He turns to Lady Valerie. "Though of course, my lady, if you do have any complaints we would be more than happy to pass those on."
