Maybe you could ask someone who has gone/is going to public school, if you want to learn about the experience from someone who's been there first-hand.
Yeah, but the few IRL friends I have are homeschooled. Although y'know, I have a friend on here who's not homeschooled.
Hm, well, you could ask her. Or, you could ask your parents, unless they grew up homeschooled, too.
