Uh no, the old eye I couldn't erase under the left one.... *grabs drawing and stares at it* WHAT LINE ACROSS THE RIGHT EYE??? Hmm what should I draw next... oh I just finished something for a friend!
This one:
At least I thought it was. ('^ ^) From like, pencil pressure 'n stuff.
WHAAAAT. That's great! I love the texture from the pencil and the beautiful natural-looking flow of the hair especially. And those clothessssss; they look super comfy. XD The capelet style's also growing on me.
Oh my, now I can't unsee it lol. I think it's from me trying to realign the eyes properly because the original ones were... way off lol. It's not bad though. xD But that is the eye I messed up on. You can see the original one under it. Thank you! x3 I can't take credit for the clothing design because it's my friend's OC, but it was fun to draw it! I just drew another drawing for a friend actually (yeah I have been drawing a lot for friends lately xP) She's someone from the Friends/Elves gallery, so I drew her old avatar. ALSO! Happy belated birthday! Wow, there's been so many birthdays lately lol. I really hope it was a good one, with all this stuff going on! ^w^ (Today's my dad's bday lol)
(Ah yeah, good ol' LDD. At least I think that's still running? Unless it was something else you used. )
(Yep, I still use LDD, and it's still available, but LEGO did stop supporting it recently and they won't be updating it with new pieces. There's been some other alternatives I've been trying, but getting used to the controls and the layout is really hard after using LDD for more than 10 years. )
(Ah yeah I remember now. I can imagine, XD a lot like trying a new art program for something relatable. )
It is indeed! Ssspeeeedersssss, yesssss..! That's really darn good. Like, all the pro MOCs you see. I love the design, and the teal and gold colour scheme with silver highlights to make it pop. The scuff marks are a nice touch too; really gives that extra depth of realism to it.
Thanks!
I built it using ''BrickLink Studio'' which has built-in rendering and animation options. I used to use LDD, but I don't think you can render models on it. Plus Studio has most of the newer Lego elements.
You're welcome!
Sounds fancy. Which explains why it looks so good.
YYYYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAASSSSSS!!! It me, dat boi. (UwU) Ahh I wouldn't worry about it, it's actually really hard. XD Which is why none of my attempts shall leave the file they're tucked away in. This is... It brought a little more than that: a beam of admiration at this wonderful surprise and fantastic piece. (^v^) That pose is a hard one to capture, all rendered in vibrant colours and your signature style with a striking background to complete it! Heh, that outfit is totally me. Long swishy coat, stylin' boots, dark colours and- how did you know I owned a pair of bracers that look exactly like that (>,>) But yeah. XD Twin swords and a mask boiiiii. Can I see what's on the other side of that page? (OWO)
Thank you so much, Tigress!
OwO XDD asdfghjklyoualwaysknowhattosayXD Thank you so much!! I'm so glad it made you smile! ^v^ Heheheheheh... *Stares at you creepily from the window* Yeah, after I drew the first picture I thought, "This is missing something, he's only at 60% coolness... but what should I add...? A MASK, BABY!" (*Frantically burns cursed page* Oh, heheh, sure! I was just practicing mini-figure postures and implementing new outfits, but I can share it here if you like. ^v^')
You're very welcome! Happy birthday!
XD You're welcome!!! (◠ω◠)
*Sees a slob lazing about with a laptop staring back* (O.o) Yes. XD (BA-Ha, sorry to put you on the spot, I just love seeing people's art and couldn't resist asking with that little tease. )

Oh heck what have I done. XD Sorry, now I feel bad. I do that all. the time. XD And it bugs me because it's only slightly off, but I can tell it can be better. AHHHOHHH I see it now. 'course it took a close-up to finally spot it.
You're welcome! :3 And another!! It's lovely! All the detail is a credit to your skill; seemingly subtle techniques such as using a yellow to the brown hair to give it a warmer/brighter look and a darker colour of the main area for the line art (something which I will implement as soon as I stop procrastinating. ) Great work!
Ah, thank you! It was perfect. (Oh, a happy birthday to him! )

(Ah yeah I remember now. I can imagine, XD a lot like trying a new art program for something relatable. )
(Yep. Pretty much, new keyboard shortcuts, new control panels, and new functions that make it better, but it's so hard to get used to. After learning LDD, I once took a 3D modeling class and learned the controls for that program, then I tried to use LDD again and got confused pretty quick. )

:3 (^ヮ^)
*Slowly lowers myself out of sight* o.O Heheh, no worries, it's actually very flattering. XD X3
'K, ta-daaaaa, here's what was on the other side of that page. XD
I just kinda of experimenting with using something pink on a LEGO mini-fig and I wondered how it'd look if the sleeves and skirt were coming off her fig-body. Does it work?

Ha ha, not all that fancy. It's free to download, (at least, the version I downloaded was free ) I think BrickLink is owned by Lego now.

XD Excellent. >:3
Great, now I have diabetes. That's great! As always, lovin' those vivid colours. (UwU) You got the part where the yellow shows through the sheer pink down well. Is that just layering the two coloured markers? And in regards to the more realistic clothing style: I muchly approve since I've been doing it for years to achieve more realism to the minifigs.
And before I forget again, it seems I haven't saved those pics of Eagle Talon you shared a long while back, and they've mysteriously disappeared from the original post. (>.>) May I have them again?

Ah nasty. It's annoying when you have to re-learn systems you've gotten down already, like, "I know this already! This should be easy!!"

XD Thank you! Yeah, I believe I colored the yellow first then layered the pink lightly over it. Thanks again--I think I may keep experimenting with this particular style, simply because it's fun. Might we get to see any of these mini-figs of yours?
Yes you may. U,U At least-- the ones I can scrounge up. For the life of me I can't recall the ones I shared here, so I just went back through the sketchbook and took pics of any I could find. Sorry if these weren't the ones you meant. xP

Don't feel bad lol. I just need better erasers xD Ah yeah saaame!! Lol okay it's not as noticeable as I though, whew. Yeah, I have been drawing a lot lately. I have so much more time! Thank you :3 I am pretty proud of this one (I even got myself to draw hands, though they still need improvement ) I am glad I started coloring my art lately actually. I used to hate coloring... so easy to mess up! The next step is markers. Oh I'm glad! (Thank you, for him lol. )
