{JAMMERS! -Darkfriends and Idiots- ONLY!}You said it! Woe be upon you, my friend! The Nazgul shall come upon you in the night and you shall be taken to the Houses of Lament where your soul shall be stripped bare under the never-ending gaze of the Lidless Eye!
Oh wait, wrong universe.
Here's a question: Looking into the Palantir or invoking the Dark One? Both have devastating consequences. Or if looking into the Palantir isn't bad enough, meddling with Sauron in general? Saruman is living proof of the consequences of that choice.
That is hard to say. I would say that it depends on how close the Dark One is to escaping his prison. If he were free, he would be much more dangerous. If he were completely sealed up, he would be much less dangerous. As he stands, sort of on the edge, it's hard to say.
I think that Sauron is more dangerous mainly because he doesn't need someone to speak his name before he notices them. He can see everything in Middle-Earth, and send the Nazgul to enact his will upon those unfortunate souls.

If he can actually see everything, THEN WHY THE BRICK CAN FRODO AND SAM MAKE IT ALL THE WAY TO MOUNT DOOM??????

If you are invading your worst enemy, you'll probably make sure they do it right rather than looking at the center of your kingdom.

Oh, you mean he was looking between Gondor, Rohan, and Isengard (to communicate with Saruman) the entire time!?!? Don't you think he would have spent SOME time looking for the Ring???

That's what the Nazgul were supposed to be doing, but we all know how that went.

Yep, and they're supposed to be drawn to the Ring, but they didn't find Frodo when he was literally right under their noses!!!!!

That plot hole really annoyed me.
Especially in the film when they're hiding under the roots of the tree and the Black Rider bends down over them and can't find them. I guess Pippin throwing the backpack to distract it makes sense, but the Ring was literally a foot away from it!
{JAMMERS! -MLB- ONLY!} So that's how many Forsaken smashed now? For some reason I thought Be'lal was the one posing as Ba'alzamon in the first 3 books, but you said that was Ishamael, right? Because I thought Ishamael and Aginor were smashed in the first book. I'm very confused.
