KESTRIAN ORDER OF INTERPLANETARY AFFAIRS (K.O.I.A.)
Basic Celestial Fleet Vessel Specifics:
Kestrel-7 Fighter
TYPE: Fighter spacecraft
PURPOSE: Engaging enemy fighters in outer space, protecting larger transport or war vessels, and attacking other large vessels. Primarily operate in space. It is possible for them to fly in a planet’s stratosphere and troposphere, but that cuts its mobility down by 15%. They also patrol planets in swarms.
APPEARANCE: Sleek, small, and pointed. It bears the colors of the Kestrian Order in its exterior markings. They are extremely compact and basic, allowing millions to be housed on transport vessels.
WEAPON SYSTEMS: The Kestrel-7 has access to ice-beam-projectiles (to be elaborated on) for its primary firing system. These can be fired in quick and rapid succession for excessive periods of time, being incapable of overheating due to cold nature. These beams are extremely accurate and fast, dealing a large amount of damage, affecting approximately a 2.5-foot radius. Secondary weapons include 6 small ice-exploding bombs (these bombs freeze everything w/in a 10-foot radius of their drop site) for dropping over outer space vessels, laser beam systems in case ice-beam-projectiles fail to deal appropriate damage, and 4 high-impact missiles (which launch themselves at high velocities, penetrating most armor and sending a wave of icy plasma that submerge their surroundings and sap away all heat, freezing everything w/in a 15-foot radius)
DEFENSE SYSTEMS: The Kestrel-7 is outfitted with a protective shield around it that is capable of staving off damage from other fighter’s lasers and other projectiles for a short amount of time. Their extreme maneuverability and compact size makes them difficult to target and hit accurately. They are also rigged to self-destruct after crashing to hinder other entities from copying designs or collecting data. This self-destruct can also turn the Kestrel-7 into a protected missile.
PILOTING SPECIFICS: The Kestrel-7 has no area for a humanoid pilot, let alone controls for one to use, but is controlled telepathically by a single pilot who is placed in a chamber, located either on a base or transport, that puts him unconscious and links his consciousness into the vessel’s control systems with various security measures in place. This way, when a fighter is destroyed, the pilot can immediately switch consciousness to a new fighter or vessel. This method allows the pilot to be aware of his entire surroundings due to sensors within the fighter which map out the area around him. He can also see anywhere, in any direction, from the Kestrel-7 by looking through it’s exterior which is able to give video feeds from all directions. All pilots can instantly communicate with any vessel, city, or planetary command associated with the K.O.I.A. The ship has the capability to make room for one pilot if need be for transportation etc. but is also controlled via telepathy by hooking the pilot up to a special system that is arranged on the pilot’s head. This is used only for emergencies.
Maelstrom-17 Bomber
TYPE: Bomber spacecraft
PURPOSE: These can perform sub-stratosphere and outer-space bomb drops, carrying about 5,000 bombs each. The are not very maneuverable and cannot out-fly fighters. They are normally escorted by a squad of Kestrel-7s.
APPEARANCE: Oblong and quirky. They have a kind of ‘box-shape’ to them with wings extending from the top. They are much bulkier than Kestrel-7s.
WEAPON SYSTEMS: They have multiple blaster-ports on various sides of the ships. 8 ports in all. Four outlook the area behind the vessel while the other four overwatch the forward parts of the ship. Two ports are placed to be able to engage ships coming from the top and bottom while still able to defend front and backward positions. These ports have access to both ice-beam-projectiles and laser beams. Then, of course, there are the bombs each of them carry. They can hover above their target and then release a varied amount of bombs, normally 20-40 on each target. The bombs themselves are designed to explode on impact, sending large waves of hot energy throughout their bomb radius (which has a 25-foot radius. They heavily damage most shields, reducing their potency by large increments. Cities take serious damage from one of these vessels.
DEFENSE SYSTEMS: The 8 gun ports and protective shields that cover the entirety of the ship. It also possesses a detection system for incoming objects and cloaked devices, by sensing distribution of mass by objects in the matter surrounding it.
PILOTING SPECIFICS: The Maelstrom-17 requires crew members of 12 to operate. 8 of the crew are placed in containers that place their consciousnesses into the motor abilities of the 8 gun ports. The other four run the ship from the center cock pit, guiding its mobility and regulating when to drop bombs. One of the four is placed in another container, linking his consciousness with the entirety of the vessel, allowing him to spot incoming threats and detect various damages to the ship which he can report to the other three pilots. There are 5 androids that are programmed to repair the ship. The pilot in the container can extend his consciousness into one of these to fix any issues as best as possible. This “head of command” area is located at the center of the vessel.
Harbinger-77 Transports
TYPE: Transport carrier and mobile base.
PURPOSE: To provide launching points for fighters and bombers in space or within an atmosphere. They have limited protections and rely heavily on support from their shields and protective fighters. They do, however, have massive forward-facing cannons that can fire large blasts of ice-related energy which are normally used for offensive maneuvers. They can store about 2,000,000 fighters, 500,000 bombers, and still have room for more. Due to the largeness of their size, it is difficult for weaponry to destroy one in a single blast or missile strike. The head command is located deep within the vessel, being directly at the center of the ship. The interior of the ship has millions upon millions of stacked consciousness-streaming chambers that can rotate to allow each pilot to enter or exit. These chambers permit pilots to connect their consciousness into their fighters.
APPEARANCE: The Creed-4 is incredibly large and spearhead-like in its design. It possesses the distinct, sharp design of the rest of the Kestrian ships.
WEAPON SYSTEMS: The Creed-4 has three massive, tube-like cannons facing vertically with its shape. They can blast extremely large concentrations of ice-plasma that can usually take out a ship’s shield entirely, short-circuiting the shield with sheer force. They can be either energy or ice blasts. Each cannon must reload for two page-lengths. They have a 40-foot damage radius. There are also sets of smaller cannons, turrents, and anti-air defenses that can fire upon incoming fighters but are not very powerful. These ships also possess cells that can be launched across a distance of space to another ship that then latch onto the hull of the other ship. They can carry 40 soldiers. The cell can pass through shields and withstand heavy bombarding due to thick shell. Once on a ship, it can tear through the hull and allow occupants into the ship who then begin raiding.
DEFENSE SYSTEMS: The Creed-4 emits a powerful energy-related force field that can sense distribution of mass in the matter surrounding it which allows it to spot incoming missiles, threats, etc. which can easily be shot down by anti-air cannons.
PILOTING SPECIFICS: This craft requires about 12 pilots in the center control room to operate. Two of the twelve pilots are placed in telepathic-linking chambers that shift their consciousnesses into the vessel’s functions.
Havoc-750 Warship
TYPE: Warship
PURPOSE: Eliminating threats to Kestrian interests. Completely designed and focused for wreaking destruction on other warships, fighters, cities, moons, etc.
APPEARANCE: Foreboding, imposing, and intimidating. The ship is slightly smaller than the Harbinger-77, but bigger than most others. Its overall design is similar to that of an arrowhead, but with a larger volume and curved edges, not pointed. The central command hub is situated at the center of the vessel. It carries about 5,000 fighters for close-quarter protection. There are multiple cannons on either side, on top, and bottom.
WEAPON SYSTEMS: The Havoc-750 uses many weapons. They vary from ship to ship. Most use ice-beam-projectiles in their cannons or laser blasts. They have tons and tons of firepower due to the sheer excessive amount of artillery stored on it.
DEFENSIVE SYSTEMS: It has multiple probing sensors that use a sonar-like method to detect incoming threats, being able to detect cloaked objects by bouncing sound waves off the object. The ship has surprisingly excellent maneuverability and can move around space at great speeds.
PILOTING SPECIFICS: It takes a crew of 1,000 Kestrian soldiers to operate. It also holds cells for fighter pilots to link with their fighters.

Energy Tech: Light prisions (these are much like solar panels in that they capture the energy from the light of suns and stars. They are more efficient because they hold the light better than actual solar panels and the average refill time is 30 minutes when one can power a city the size of Chicago for half a year. The Drecnonian Empire has hundreds of these containers in storage in case of a crisis. Every city is equipped with 2 for backup ad well.) Star energy (this is energy obtained from stars and is put into canons of the Drecnonian Empire allowing for accurate, destructive blasts. Long range canons have more star fuel in them and habe a cool down time of 30 seconds after each shot.) Phantom Blasts: A blast of black matter that envelops a ship into the destructive darkness. Guns on Demolishers have this.) D.E.A.F. tech applied to standered rifles. Light concentrator (This is a ship that has a star inside of it, at its point is a clear opening magnified 10,000,000 times. The light is focused on the designated target and the ship has a hole melted in it. Causing all sorts of damages. These are very expensive ships because of the tech used to keep the st at moving so there is one per fleet and they are mainly used for big ships that have heavy shields. Shields are made good with this weapon, only armor helps.) Anti corruption program: This new system is a cyber security program making our electronic systems incorruptible.)

Weather Destabilizers: These ships install chemicals in the earths atmosphere changing the weather of climates dramatically. Causing miserable existence for the inhabitants.
Rare minerals mined off planets Eci and Zendar: 1. Cortsin: Is the new strongest metal, stronger than any metal or alloy in existence, it is like a mixture of tungsten, Chromium, and titanium. Its value is 4,000 pieces of gold per milligram because it is so rare. This metal can only be found naturally on Zendar and Eci. It is applied on all ships in the Drecnonian Empire. 2. Dendarium: This metal is strong and pliable. It is used for most buildings in the Drecnonian Empire. It is very resilient. Its value is 600 pieces of gold per kilogram. It can sometimes be found on other planets but it is still in small quantities. 3. Coficoil: This is a very hard substance but once it is at a certain temperature it can be moved. Its value is 700 gold pieces per Kilogram.
Precious metals: Corpstone: Is a deep purple and black stone that can be melted down to make extremely powerful potions. It is said to be a a solid form of black matter. This can only be found on Zendar and its value is 100,000 gold pieces a kilogram. It is extremely rare and it is said to have a power not yet known to man. The Drecnonian Empire has spent 20 years mining this substance and now has one ton in storage and some extra. Project Mother ship plans to use these minerals to create the portholes. More Projects will be made with this material.

Industry: Sience advancements: Gravitropsol: New material after a core was harvested, the material has an extreme gravitational pull, we are now using this to help our gravity orbs effectiveness. We also use them to put gravity to our ships. Light Waves Project: A new project that is making light the source of energy since light is after all, pure energy. This will provide clean, stable, and reliable energy for the Drecnonian Empire. They will also be able to use it for weapons and will eventually be able to create things with light.

What my government is? That is something I am working on currently. What it stands for? Basically we are a peaceful but fairly large government(all self contained in the system, plus a occupation on world that offered claims.), with a large military, however growing interests are into the attack on the starlight empire, and we are bound to side with that alliance should a war break out. We will keep as many civilian lives intact as possible, and do not rely on collateral damage. How it will benefit? Under a alliance, there are different trades we could work out. Our system is fairly technologically advanced, both military and non military, and could thus offer different forms of technology, including but not limited to weapons. You also might have a spot on the starlight alliance.
Allies, if you boost this, we will have another way to defeat cloaking technology.
