OOC: There are nine Fire Wing harnesses. So far there are the two that your characters have, and there's one harness that one of my characters will don. So I'm saying, rather than it being based on species, maybe each active roleplayer should have a fire wing harness for at least one of their characters, from an RP perspective.
(OOC: Alright, makes sense, time to find the rest of the Dragon Balls! )
Senix and his Icebear army charge the Purple City from the southwest, jumping onto land from their ice bridge on the sea. Malgus' Mammoths plug chi into the ancient city's restored laser turrets, blasting at the attackers.
Malgus and Malgus II, deep in discussion with Galvanor, break off their talk, commanding their city's defenses. The Icebears have fourteen Claw Driller mechs with them... the ones they'd used to destroy the Bat Naval Command Center. The mechs drill into the ancient city's walls, easily opening a way in for the attacking Icebears. Senix searches for Malgus as his forces charge into battle with the Mammoths. Senix storms the city's capitol building, and confronts the King and Prince. Senix: "I read your mind back when we met in Saber Mountain, Malgus. I learned that you aspire to become the Elemental Wizard. I cannot let you do that; the Fire Wing Harness in the Northern Outland Mountains must remain destroyed!" Malgus: "Well I read your mind at the same time, and I know your plan, Senix... or should I say, Emperor Tenebrae?!" Galvanor: "What? The Tiger Emperor I read about in the history books? I'm not the only one back from the dead, huh?" Senix: "Out of my way, half-breed! I must deal with this treacherous old man!" The two ice wizards engage in battle, as Malgus II and Galvanor fight back the icebears who've broken through the door.
With their sheer strength, and the fact that the Mammoths were taken off-guard by the attack, the Icebears take over The Purple City, and the Mammoths retreat southeast. Galvanor flies off somewhere, and Malgus and his son escape from Senix' grasp.
Senix now paces angrily in Malgus' former throne room. Icebear: "What should our next move be, my lord? Do we hunt down the Mammoths?" Senix: "I don't know. They've vanished into the snow, and they have more weapons and vehicles than us. We may have taken the Purple City, but outside of these walls, the Mammoths would crush our small force in battle. It's as if we've taken their Queen, but now we're trapped on their side of the Chess board, while they have more men, and free roam around the board." Icebear: "Uhh... what?" Senix: "Augh! Never mind! At least one advantage we have, is that I have more years of experience leading armies than Malgus... many more years of experience."

(OOC: Thought they were gonna send Moint Pan to do the hunting of the downing of the Free Man. )
The Mammoths come to the northern border of the Vultures' southern Arctic territory, bearing no arms. Malgus gives a letter to the Empire of Balance, with a plea for them to deliver it to the Tigers, in the close south. The Empire does so. The Mammoths' letter:
To the Great Legion of Orange and Black, As you've probably heard, the Mammoth Tribe*, under new leadership, has seceded from the Ice Hunter alliance. In accordance with the policies of the Fire Tribes and Empire of Balance, we, unlike the Sabertoothes, are no longer venturing into southern Chima, so as not to upset the Elemental Balance. Though we still very much have issues with the Phoenix due to our past with them, we have put our conflict with them... on hold for the moment, and ask that their allies, the Tigers, heed our plea for help. For you see, we have a common enemy... you've probably begun to sense his presence, and with my powers, I've confirmed his identity; Tenebrae, the Tiger Emperor your ancestors overthrew 992 years ago, is still alive, reincarnated as the sabertooth tiger "Senix". His despicable plan, which I'm willing to reveal more about, endangers all the tribes of Chima, allies and enemies alike. I ask for your help in finally, definitively taking Tenebrae down before his plans become reality. The Leopards and Vultures have proven that Fire and Ice tribes can work together, and the Mammoths have had good relations with the Tigers in the past, like when our ancestors rescued your King Telekar from The Purple City, which, coincidentally, Tenebrae has now taken over. I humbly request the mighty Tigers' assistance in taking the Purple City back from a traitorous Icebear army, and destroying our common enemy, Tenebrae, once and for all.
OOC: *Note- Malgus is exaggerating a bit here for the sake of making his case. While he has a good number of Mammoths under his command, and his faction can now be considered the Mammoth Tribe, due to the inactivity of the original leaders, there are still many mammoths allied with the Sabertoothes, who are controlled by Shamrock, and have been integrated into the Sabertoothes' army.
