Yep, pretty much sums up my thoughts. By the way, whoever is on the marketing team for the Batman should get a raise because it has just come to my attention that there is now in existence a Bat Calzone.
Also, an update on my theories. I go another ad for the Batman and noticed a set of five pictures together that are different close ups of a young Bruce Wayne with his parents sitting at what appears to be a church next to a group of choir children. What caught my eye was one of the children looking into the camera and the words "If I only knew the end...what I know now..." painted in white. The four other pictures around this one were close ups of the child, Thomas, and Bruce, and behind the child is a newspaper article with the headline "Thomas Opens Gotham Orphanage."
Perhaps the last theory I listed in my previous post might just be true. I also noticed another newspaper clipping near Gordon's shoulder that had a picture of a man with the headline "Tearful-to-" I can't make out any other words. I believe the man to be Gordon, but I'm not sure. Finally above this collage is the words "The Truth about Gotham". I wonder if they are combining the character Hush and Riddler.
And to top it off, people have been reporting of posters having a hidden message that reads "Your apart of this too..." I'm most excited for the Gollum/Smeagol jokes that will inevitably follow with the appearence of this Alfred.
I almost forgot to mention, but Falcone will be in this movie. There was a trailer of Batman taking him in while Falcone mocked him.
And about the new Riddler costume. Just know, it can never be worse than the Batman 2004 cartoon.
Oh my word yes! I saw the Bat Calzone on an add at work. XD
Wow that's interesting, if they combined Hush and Riddler that would explane why riddler isn't his normal self.
I think Jessy Esenburg would be a good Riddler. (Better than his Lex Luthor at least. XD)
Falcone, I don't know that I'm familiar with him. He sound's cool tho, what's his character like?
Lol this one?
Falcone is your typical crime boss. Think of the standard mob heads from the old black and white films. (Complete with a New York accent. )
Regarding Edward's attire, that picture is relatively tame compared to the 2004 one:
{JAMMERS! -BabyDill- ONLY!} Have you heard about the Batman Prequel Novel that was just released ahead of the film?
It basically confirms my theory about the photos somewhat, but I won't go into any further detail if you don't wish to know. (It doesn't reallly spoil the film, rather set up Bruce's early life.)

{JAMMERS! -Those Interested in The Batman 2022:Prequel Novel- ONLY! (Possible Spoilers))} I haven't been able to get my hands on it, but from various sources it is full of interesting set up and possible meme potential. (More on that later.)
Starting from Bruce's life as a child, Thomas Wayne donates his mansion as an orphanage and has his family move into Wayne Tower. Later, Bruce finds an underground subway station used by past Waynes to avoid having to walk the streets of Gotham. Bruce uses this as a private hangout area where he can work on building and perfecting his own muscle car and perform science experiments with various objects he found on the streets of Gotham. In his teens, at around I believe 16 or 17, he starts entering illegal street races. On one occasion, he is stopped by the police, but they let him go after learning his identity. (Here we learn of some great characterization about this version of Bruce, he hates the idea of the officer letting him off easy because he is a rich kid, and hates the idea of people assuming his personality based on his family name, whether it be out of pity or spite.) During one of these races, he strikes a friendship with another racer named Dex. (She will be important later...)
At the orphange, the children there are not too happy that they have to be constantly reminded that this used to belong to one rich kid and are being treated as a charity project. A portrait of the Wayne family hanging on the wall certainly doesn't help, but one particular child seems to fare the worst as he is constantly bullied and is barely passing his classes, yet seems to find comfort in puzzles. (Which is a weird contrast, considering if you were to make up and enjoy complicated puzzles, you'd think you would pass in subjects like math, right? ) Of course, this is Edward Nashton who during his teen years would make money riding about Gotham on a rusty, failing bike in *drum roll* the food delievery service. It was during one of these deliveries that he was almost destroyed by a speeding car during an illegal street race. The participants of the race were former high school classmates who were of the "elite", so he didn't bother to call the police and instead placed an explosive in one of the racer's cars...and that racer happened to be Dex.
There is so much story here, I'll need another post.
{JAMMERS! -Those Interested in The Batman2022: Prequel Novel- ONLY! (Possible Spoilers))} One of the racers saves Dex, and of course it's Bruce. He then leaves the street racing scene, finding a thrill in helping others rather than racing. Nashton, however, found it fulfilling in getting revenge. (Forshadowing? ) As an adult, he takes up a job in forensics, later burning down the Wayne mansion and investigating corruption within the city.
Bruce focuses on his studies and repeatedly changes schools whenever he switches majors in order to have the best education on that particular subject. He learns martial arts from Alfred who in this version is a former special agent, and during his studies abroad also learns other forms of martial arts to hone his skills.
Later, on his first go as a prototype Batman, Bruce finds explosive gel while stopping a robbery at a jewelry store. This later leads to his old friend Dex, who it turns out is being framed by crime boss Falcone.(Note: In the book it is said that Cobblepot is intimidated by Falcone, so we are left to assume this guy is the worst of the worst.) Bruce is able to prove Dex and her father innocent and forms an important alliance with the GCPD.
In the end of the novel (And this is quite exciting), Bruce gives Dex enough money for her and her father to start a life outside of Gotham. Dex then leaves for Metropolis, where she is planning to get a job at Lexcorp. In the final pages, Bruce has the GCPD use a bat-signal to contact him for future team ups.
Liking what's happening so far. I spotted during another trailer that the place where Batman was crashing through was some sort of tower with two figures on it. I later looked it up and noticed that there is a quick shot of those two figures, and they are carrying weapons and wearing a costume exactly like this version of Riddler at what appears to be an election event. So in this version Edward seems to have gathered a following.
Well, I guess we now wait for March. After that I'd be moving on to Sonic who, yes, is now a superhero who fights crime. (Who'd ever guess that would be a thing?)

Yep. I remember upon my first watch of the Sonic movie, I wondered why they didn't include the chaos crystals or super sonic, but those criticisms have now been quelled.

Yeah, they were saving them for the sequel!
Spotted these in the wild. (Possible Spoilers on The Batman's Suit Variants within Film.)
