I realize 50 might be hard to work with, but at the same time, having a pride of 100+ lionesses just sounds ridiculously unrealistic. Animal Planet vs. Disney: the Epic Struggle Even for a Disney movie.
It is beyond impossible to fight a war with 50 people. Let alone animals.
This is Disney we're taking about -- and a virtual RP at that.
If an army at all we should keep a limit to say, 50 max? At this point in time I don't see it necessary but until some major villains want to take Pride Rock, I'd keep it on the shelf.
As someone who’s dealt with armies in RPs,
1. 50 is wayyyyyy too small.
2. We can’t keep it on the shelf. We need to plan ahead.

There was some debate about that, I think...I don't remember what we settled on for armies. Just wanna point out that his name is Banzai not Bonzo but that's not the issue right now We could build some massive armies that way. Which sounds good, but at the same time, would it just become a giant non-stop war of trying to build and move armies through the worlds? I'm not a RPer so I don't know how carried away you guys get.

I must've missed the debate. My bad, I'm a badly informed Lion King fan. I like the idea of villains more with armies, and good guys more just like bosses, but we could do it both ways. You need like 15 hyenas apiece to match up to one lioness, so it makes it hard to CONpete if they have equal forces. I was thinking like if we had a battle in the Lion King hub or whatever, other heroes could come over and join in the battle, evening out the odds.
That's what I was thinking re lions vs. hyenas. But unless some sort of event is planned I can't see the need for them.
Would there be a lion army to counter? As legendary as they are, the bosses of TLK can't handle that many hyenas.
I figured they might, with the help of a few heroes from other HQs.
As far as armies go, though, I think that yes, the heroes should probs be allowed to train troops, but maybe a lower cap on their armies, since there's more heroes to train troops than there are villains? Like 50 for humans, 100 for villains?

Just throwing that out there.
And an army of about 15 Chinese soldiers wiped out an army of about a 1000 huns. I think keeping the odds in favor of the enemies is going to be necessary to even make this a challenge for the good guys.
