OOC: He has been defeated, or at the very least warded off. Right now it's an argument about the result of his final move, which was firing lasers at your eyes/face to blind you.
In regards to that, how about this. Pain Bot is from a cartoon and uses cartoon physics, so let's extend that to his lasers and say everyone gets the stereotypical burnt/dirtied face look, but isn't blinded or permanently damaged.
I will accept this. But then I refuse to deal with Pain Bot ever again. If I am forced to I will no longer be apart of this RP.
