The time remnants come back from being invisible. Suddenly, a speed force portal opens, and they are all sucked inside. What exits is a evil force, one to be reckoned with... the black flash.
The energy gathers around a single space for a moment, and then, the Reverse-Flash re-emerges. "Is that you Hunter? Travel in time a few seconds and this is what happens, go figure." With that, Thawne begins to run in circles around Black Flash.

Riddler gets up "Anyway, I need to get down to business. Penguin, I suggest you get a base, a sort of HQ. From there, you can deal with threats as you please. I've got a property in my sights but I need the necessary firepower to procure it." he holds out his hand. Looking at the Joker, "You can come too, if you want."

OOC: According to the Speed Force, phasing through someone or something is caused by a speedster moving their molecules at a different frequency to the rest of the physical world - therefore being able to move through objects. In this case, you would have to move your hand into one's body at a different frequency and then return to the physical world's frequency in order for their physical body to be affected. In the case of speedsters smashing speedsters in this way, the speedster being attacked could simply vibrate at a different frequency, meaning that they're phasing through the attacking hand. Also, Eobard Thawne is virtually unkillable - he may die or be dealt a fatal wound but because of certain factors including that of the healing property of the Negative Speed Force and the fact that he's from the future, he will never stay dead. To quote the man himself: 'My existence is the only constant in a sea of possibilities. I cannot be erased. By you. By anyone.' He has recently used this 'regeneration' to return to life having been 'killed' by particle disintegration (crazy, right?)
If you want though, we can forget my last move just so this fight is over and are characters can move on to more productive things.
