Before the Penguin can fire a rocket Space Samurai is knocked to the side by a chunk of ice. He gets up, rolling the shoulder hit by the ice chunk. "Ouch." He swings his sword, tearing a portal that opened up directly below Penguin. As Penguin fell through Space Samurai threw a kick.
OOC: No you misunderstand. The ice blasts freeze on contact, similar to Frozone's powers or someone like him.
Space Samurai is knocked to the side as he’s hit by the freeze blast, and his trench coat freezes and numbs his arm. He adjusts his trench coat as to keep the frozen part away from his arm.
Scarecrow moves closer, but still prepared to defend. "Tell me, what do you see?"
