After doing a quick bit of research, I found that the DC Multiverse is more confusing than I originally thought. Darn.
It is true that the Batman that exists within the LEGO Movie Universe is not a part of canon. However, I'm pretty sure the only confirmed canon media interpretations of characters are Earth-16 (Young Justice) and the Arrow-verse (Supergirl, Flash, Arrow, Legends of Tomorrow, Constantine and whatever else).
