LEGO Bruce Wayne is different to regular Bruce Wayne.
That's just like saying that 'regular' Bruce Wayne is different to Earth-3 Bruce Wayne (who is dead), Flashpoint Bruce Wayne (who is dead), Bruce Wayne '66, TDK Bruce Wayne, Bruce Wayne TAS, Bruce Wayne (The Batman), Earth-1 Bruce Wayne, Earth-2 Bruce Wayne, Year One Bruce Wayne, Arkham Asylum Bruce Wayne, Earth-X Bruce Wayne or any other interpretation of Bruce Wayne. As you said LEGO Batman is the interpretation of Batman in a LEGO universe, therefore, he is the same character and same rpc unless multiverse versions are allowed as separate rpcs.
Impressive, but when was Batman in The Amazing Spider-Man?
Okay, guys, thanks for voting, you've all been great about this! I apreciate that, obviously.
So, here's the pole as of 1/25/18:

I didn't vote because I don't believe in politics.
Well, the majority seems to go for four, and I honestly think it is the best idea on here. So, if there are no objections or major shifts in the poll by Monday, this rule will be official.

The LEGO Movie Universe has not been acknowledged by DC, so he is different.

Funny. It stands for The Animated Series, the tv show a lot of fans are crazy about though I've never watched (I prefer The Batman - 2004 - anyway).

In fairness, if you've never watched, you really don't know if you prefer the 2004 series.
BTAS Has Superior animation, Writing, Voice Acting, and direction, it won multiple Emmy awards, and was praised for its ability to tell dark, noir crime thriller tales in a chuld friendly 30 minute fashion. (I'm a big fan)
"As it appears rather strange and may disturb some users"
Now that I have caught up with the topic, I see some new revelations that are most intruiging. It seems we have a few options. I will post them all.
1) Allow all versions of a character as RPCs, such as TDK Batman, Injustice Superman, Noir Spider-Man, and MCU Nick Fury. The Prime characters are the in-general summary of a character, such as the ones claimed so far.
2) Ban all alternate versions, including those listed above. Only allow the singular characters who can change between the alternate versions at will.
3) Ban them altogether and keep only the primary versions.
4) Ban the alternatives that are essentially the same as the primaries, such as TDK Batman and MCU Iron Man, but allow alternate realities, such as Noir Spider-Man and Injustice Superman. Note: Alternate RPCs would be approved and released for claiming by the RCC, to keep out identical copies of the primary RPC.
So just vote 1, 2, 3, or 4. If you have another opinion, please state it ASAP.
Also, the Amalgam Characters are nowhere near OP. They are simply combos of two characters. Also,OP is irrelevant. If a character has ever been defeated, then he is not OP and cannot be banned from the RP. So there.
I vote 4, it makes the most sense. It might cause some debates over what is and isn’t the same character, but I imagine those will be easy to resolve.

I would like to change my vote to 2. I fear that with number 4, the RCC will just argue and debate for too long and not get enough done (the pains of democracy), number 2 seems more logical as it has parameters that are objective and not subjective.

Fair enough, I watched a bit of an episode and it was really good. However, I still like the 2004 one because that's what I grew up watching (which is the case of most of those who watch the animated series). Superior wotsits is a matter of opinion but I can see where your coming from. What I like more about The Batman is the overall design, which makes the villains appear rather frightening and also gives Gotham a characteristic discoloured sky. Not only that but I enjoy the young Batman and I think Rino Romano does a great job at it. What I love the most though, is the opening theme - it gives me chills every time.
Either way, they're both really good and we can both appreciate them in different ways. I'll just always love The Batman.

I'm not exactly sure what you mean here. Could you please elaborate?
