Roddy, when somebody is panicing and you tell them not to, they're not going to take heed until their problem is completly solved. The young mind can be limited in ways of understanding and reassurance. Give them a bit of proof. Let your discussions public so people can see. If you tell everyone it'll be all right and it still closes on Saturday, they're going to be even more upset.

I get what you are saying but when a staff member is telling you something you should take their word for it. I can't share private ongoing discussions publicly since that's a breach of trust but what I can tell you is we are getting closer to a solution at this current time. I obviously can't tell you with 100% certainty that we have a solution ready to go because we don't yet, I can tell you at least in my opinion we are maybe 85-90% there right now.
