I saw the trailer. I have... mixed feelings about it. As LordTigress would know, I have sarcastically dubbed Harumi "Princess Kabuki!" I have a few complaints about her and her family. 1. How are we just NOW finding out that Ninjago is under a monarchy!? 2. The style of the royal family stands out from Ninjago City's style like a stud in a barrel o' bricks. How can one part of the island be so high-tech, and the other be like the eastern style of old? 3. They had absolutely, BETTER NOT MAKE HARUMI A LOVE INTEREST FOR LLOYD. We have enough ships already.
@bold: Poor Lloyd. Why does he have to get stuck with the kabuki princess?
Oh my bricks, I must have made that confusing. Let me clear this up. I said that the trailer had finally arrived, and you said there was a trailer before. I said that there wasn't a trailer before, just some sneak peeks. Understand?

LEGO have basically confirmed that Sensei Wu and the Time Twins have messed with the past, resulting in the Ninja's appearances changing. I don't think there was a monarchy for us to find out about until that happened.
That is a possibility, and it would lower 1's problem. But for point 2, we've seen that Cyrus Borg remains prominent, and that Ninjago is still very high-tech, keeping that in play. (And I'm still worried about 3.)
Wait, Ninjago is a monarchy? Also, it is still high-tech? Which is the most recent episode when Ninjago was high-tech? I haven't seen Lego Ninjago since Hands of Time and that Wu's Tea's thing.
